TBTT - am also not sure re 'why not higher?' - but certainly agree. I don't agree though re much selling though as it's tiny and pretty tightly held (by people who know its inherent value and potential well) as demonstrated by its v low liquidity. Also, I think folk are misreading the whole Vast/ZMDC diamonds and heritage sites thing relating to Vast - the licences referred to pertain to Red Mercury not Vast in any case as I understand it. Vast will just co-develop and co-operate it for them (with BOD) in return for revenue share.

Big spread yes but it's a reflection of liquidity (or lack thereof). Agree with Babbler on this one.

Perr isn't in the money but his labrador is in DCTA so very happy with his Uncle Babbler so far - less impressed with his master's performance - in fact he's thinking of doing a rival site '#Barkersdadsdogsdinnershares' (it'll be a big page!)

Yep looks like it, messy. I reckon BOD might be a safer way to play any possible Vast diamond news in the next week or 2, seems nicely managed and it's just done a fundraise so that's out of the way for now. It's mostly ignored (another positive!), but could be good for a multibag if vast gets the diamonds, and without all the other baggage which vast brings with it. Trouble is it's proper tiny and illiquid and you can drive a bus through the spread so you got to play it carefully.
NCCL - i bailed on the last spike, but have dipped my toe in again in low 50s. There must be a limit to the number of times they can kick that can down the road...?!

To be fair it makes perfect sense, don't buy shares in the market (bangs the price up) or at the placing (doesn't help already- tight liquidity) - find a loose holder and strike a deal.

By the way i think you'll find that 11% of the company is rather more than £72000 Robin...?

RyeSloan - holders of VLS might have a different view of 'billionaire shareholders with influence'... however I do believe it's different here - Soon has a direct interest in the tech and products. It's more than a whimsical buy 'just because he can' - the only question is why he didn't just engage with the company directly prior to the placing - everyone knew it was coming.
Anyway having said all that i agree with Babbler and Trek - it all looks very interesting!

Be interesting to see if he keeps buying or if he just took a load of shares from loose holders. He isn't doing it just for fun, that's for sure. Then again, he's a billionaire, so maybe he is, just because he can!

Anyone still in NCCL - another conversion this morning at 10p - presumably an 'insider' - is it because 1) they just needed funds 2) they think it's going to 20p or 3) they think it's going bust so getting what they can out now... Vast has made me paranoid!

Richie - TBTT is correct on that one. Vast may be very small but in Zimbabwe it's a different matter and the way they've gone about things lines them up well for a seat at the table. All that's needed is a promised letter from Harare to arrive.
