Yes, I usually do the same, but managed to top slice at 16p here with a view to buy back cheaper. It's really hard to sell into the rise, and i've missed a lot of profit in the past, only to watch them re-trace again. Think this is a good long term hold tho...

I've had a quick look at their website and gleaned that they started a £100M buyback in June 16...and that £16M has been spent (on a new??) buying back since Mar 17. Ta

Yes if they can report a small net profit and be cash positive, then i think that they may have managed to survive a very long and savage downturn,...If they can then improve the profit on their £260M turnover, their £39M cap should head north nicely... Been here in negative territory for so long i've kinda lost interest a bit but i have averaged down recently so i'm expecting better things. I'm hoping that the finals might include some references to opportunities within the electric car field since that could be a good driver for growth looking forward...

Umm, I have to say that if i had £1 for every time FOX said the polishing line will be ready at the end of the month...then i would have at least £10!! Its nearly the end of the month now so we can expect a RNS and a huge fanfare any day now then, yes?? I bet you one of those £1's that it doesn't happen! I think that he can't finish the line because the next question we will be asking is 'Great! then when do the first blocks of high value finished marble slabs start shipping?' I think the delay in the line is because he needs to sort out other issues with selling finished slabs. I don't know what the problem is tho... I'm laboring the point a bit I know, but i'm afraid i've lost faith with CG and FOX and it'll take more than a spot of good PR by CG to get me back in here...and the lack of share price movement today suggests that trust is ebbing away. GLAH.

Another point that i'm a little confused about...you suggest (as do other posters) that the factory is complete, (to which i mean that it can now cut and polish), but where do FOX say that the polish line is running? The 15/12 /16 RNS seems to suggest that the production line is complete but then says the blocks could be ..." through the polishing line, which is in the process of final installation, to produce a finished polished marble product." So it looks like only uncut blocks are being sold and the polish line still isn't running. Given that this is the higher value product, a huge question mark remains as to why high value polished marble still isn't being shipped?

Cheers for that info, i'd not seen it. Any mention of IOT products seems to come with a liberal sprinkling of gold dust when it comes to the share price (of any share), but in this case there's too much volatility due to the rights issue to tell, so reckon we'll have to get past that first and then see... I'm happy enough to hold here for the time being.

Interesting...i'm back in at 89 and thinking that a channel breakout (ie above this 83 to 92p, 3 month range) is the more likely. However i'm not a trader so i hope you can close for a quick profit and maybe we'll both be right.... Also I hope you are aware of rumours of chinese companies shopping for european holiday firms? Wouldn't like to get caught short in that scenario!

Yes and the SP holding very well following the confirmation of rights issue news which usually bodes well for the upcoming rights issue price movements. Happy to take the extra shares as well as my 15% rise in a few months.
