Gaming Realms entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with RealNetworks Inc. dated 10th August 2015, which provided for a final payment to RealNetworks of $4m by 10th August 2017. The company is pleased to announce that this agreement has now been amended to provide for a final payment of $4.5m to be made to RealNetworks by 15th December 2017, and Gaming Realms will be negotiating suitable longer term debt financing to settle this sum in advance of this date.

Yes Monkf6 i was thinking the same thing about this anonymous de-listing talk, and the previous 'loans' being a coincidence. Also i couldn't understand why the market view (reflected in the share price) was so ambivalent about the loan, and now again about the de-listing. It's down but only at levels seen earlier this year. Something doesn't feel right here, feels like someones got an agenda, tho I know very little about corporate finance so i can't really speculate about what might be going on behind the scenes...

Think someone's anticipating a good trading update. By my data, daily vol has only recently passed the daily average, but see how it stands at end of day...

I agree with the negative sentiment here regarding the 'loan', but unless anyone is a mind reader, we will never know whether it was intensional theft or not. The market sentiment, as reflected by the share price, is surprisingly indifferent and would suggest that either shareholders believe it was a loan or don't care it was theft. Either reaction is surprising to me.

Thanks for the research BR. Results are out on the 17 oct so be interesting to see how they look. I think the bad news is in the price and for what it;s worth, most brokers are on BUY albeit with reduced targets. Surprisingly there are no shorts (>0.5%) listed since april 16.

...now at 72p. Trading statement came on 11 nov last year, so maybe some other news causing the rise is in the offing?

The worry for me regarding debt is that the original payment was $4M but payment was delayed in favour of increasing the amount to $4.5M in dec17. This tends to suggest they are struggling to find finance and hoping for improved trading in order to borrow.... This is just my hunch tho...

Overall volume yesterday was around 4 times average and there have been several well above days in previous weeks. It would appear that there are others who agree with you about it being oversold. I wonder what tomo will bring...?

Actually, I never thought i'd think this, but i agree with this! I can't believe that the factory's actually processing... This is very good news and allows them to make $ during the winter shut down. The revenues for the last 3 months (july to end sept17 ) we're almost the same as the previous six month (ending june 17) ie double. Tempted to try my luck a second time...oh dear!

Well...the final outcome/answer to point 1) is the six million $ question! Personally i'm well up on the pre bid price and so i'm happy to stick around and see what pans out. It's not worth my time to speculate on all the possibilities, but there are plenty of folks who are doing...maybe check out iii.com and advfn.com for ideas... GL

Apparently according to a one poster, regarding point 3) Any monies recovered in the future, as settlement for any litigation, will be split 50/50 between the buyer (of IMG)_and the existing shareholders on the register when the litigation was announced. What happens to costs if they lose, I don't know. I haven't verified this tho..

Well...maybe Richieboy666 and alignresearch.com have an angle on it? Things aren't quite panning out as per the research note atm eh?? Well give it time i suppose, IF they can find someone to lend them $ 4.5M and IF they can make it to breakeven and then pay off the loan they might yet survive... Having sold most of mine last week i'm just here for fun now.... GLAH

When something doesn't make sense with shares, it often pays to question your assumptions v everybody else's.. After all, to make a profit, you need to be able to sell your shares to somebody else.

Finals were released on the 18 oct last year so i expect something similar this year....

Haven't we just had a placing earlier in the summer? Worryingly it's proceeds weren't enough to cover the outstanding amounts payable for Realnetworks in Dec. It's hard to see where this $ is coming from at the moment and i think this is reflected in the SP.
