Yes can't argue with a profit banked although its gained another 10% since 8 feb and is now at resistance at 31p. The technicals still look good to my inexpert eye, so will be interesting to see if it can break out. I'm staying in for now

I think Biom are more involved in the coffee pod market atm, but the cups are a big opportunity. This from the last annual report:- 'Biome has been continuing its strategy of developing a closely related suite of materials to enable coffee pod producers to sell biodegradable end products to the US consumer market. As previously reported, the materials Biome has been developing comprise first, the outer packaging and the lid; next, the ring of the pod; and lastly, the "non-woven" filter of the pod. Taken together these various biodegradable parts will enable the delivery of a fully compostable pod. The packaging and lid materials have completed their development stages and have been in full production since 2015. The filter material commenced commercial sales in 2016 and in the first half of 2017 these sales increased as the first customer began to scale-up production.'

Price is at a 5yr high so must be very unlucky to be a shafted PI right now... Agree tho that PI's have had years in the doldrums, but seems strange to have a lot of negative talk here now just as the plastics issue is in play and the coffee products are starting to sell.. AIMHO

...not 7.7p ( shown here), which prob means many of the trades shown may be buys not sells. Always a bit nervous having come unstuck in the past with alternative energy companies with a seemingly compelling product, but i'm very happy with yesterdays RNS. Yes, it's a risk, but the company is expanding rapidly (workforce 29 to 70) into the renewable energy market that desperately needs a viable storage solution. Happy to buy a few more and wait... AIMHO.

Yes I think FOX have turned this around just in time. The factory polishing line installation saga was a nightmare for investors and a lot of people lost trust and faith (including me). I got back in on factory completion and since then, made some � back. Good to hear of other investors keeping the faith and being rewarded finally. The sales news continues and i think trust will return slowly bringing in new investors...

Had a quick look but i can't find the exact RNS that was issued last year, I have a memory of news of one of their SaaS contracts (the new payment model) starting payments in early 2018. Could that be influencing the rise here?

Yes was a slow start but moving up a bit more now.(ask is 8.53). The outstanding bill has been paid and that's good news, but not sure why they felt compelled to leave the announcement till the very last day..

...for Realnetworks due this fri. Wonder whether they're going to be able to pay it this time...?

A prospective (31/12/17) eps of 9.99p (-5%) gives p/e 13.5 and with a prospective div yield of 2.1% so share price seems about right. Most of the recent excitement seems to be behind us now so the traders have moved on and just left with price reflecting fundamentals IMHO. Once this year out of way, guidance for next is improving so should tick up in due course...

....issued today with accompanying info on Mr Tinajero and his holdings. He owns Kaptungs that lent most of this � and also holds substantial number of MIRA shares. Kaptungs can also be repaid in shares. I'm no expert in takeovers/buyouts but his substantial holding must have implications...?

Yes usually that's the case but this excerpt from 1/11/17 RNS states... ... announces that Mr Ernesto Luis Tinajero Flores yesterday confirmed to the Company that he is the ultimate beneficiary of 37,593,449 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 27.03% of the voting rights in the capital of the Company. It has been confirmed that 26,954,266 of these shares are legally held indirectly within the Chase Nominees Limited nominee company and 10,639,183 shares are legally held directly within the Kaptungs Limited nominee company...

PS On 31/3/17 chase nominees (Ernesto Flores?) reported having 22% (see annual report)
