Very low free float of shares here due to MrTinajero holding most of them. Don't know how this would affect a takeover but it's basically it's his company. I think we've turned a corner and MIRA will not only survive now but will do well (and don't the long suffering holders deserve to!)

Also profits being taken after huge rise over at PPS being spent here, much better value here now...

and decent rises on the last couple of days and i notice there was a pre close update this time last year so maybe some insiders have been 'guessing' on some good news coming...!

I've joined them and added a few to my core holding.

Fundamentals (yield/PE/eps growth etc) seem reasonable and should allow for more upside potential...

I think the steep rises of the last few days gives a clue that this is close to the bottom now and the forward yield of 7.6% and p/e of 8.8 probably help sustain that. The end of year results in june should reassure too, not withstanding some global shock (like no deal brexit! :)

You prob need to consider the issues around their disputed HMRC tax demands, they keep appealing and the amounts have been reduced but that was part of the reason for the large falls and subsequent recoveries. I traded the rise and got out a bit early but made enough. I too am wondering what is true value but this issue makes it a bit tricky atm IMHO.

Yes sorry meant Open offer shares although the same logic applies to the Placing shares not yet taken up... Ie I believe they can still be taken up before the deadline, if the well timed RNS were to change peoples minds!

Don't know how much better these are than our tech but i haven't heard of them being on the market whereas ours are....

Hopefully we'll get some idea of how much they expect to get per user under their new SaaS model, and that'll provide the insight that the market needs to re rate the shares....

Yes looking much better and eps could be around 12 cents which makes for a lowly p/e given the growth rate.

Article in The Guardian sat 16th suggesting that several companies selling pension annuities have made a lot of money by assuming that people were going to living longer than the actual current figure. Aviva has just released £780M of excess cash that had been set aside to pay pensions but is now not needed. The bonanza could go on for some time apparently. See the full article for details.

Just out of interest I analysed Steve Moore's tips via a fantasy portfolio a bit ago and it performed v badly. I've lost the data now so i may be doing him a disservice but personally, i don't rate him....

Apparently the number of CPX shares in II hands is around 142M and that is up 40M in 3 months so they seem happy enough to be buying at these levels (to date).

Looks like they started partnering MUFC in 2018 so lets hope their relationship with FST leads to a similar turnaround! The H2 was much improved apparently so lets see what's what on the 20th. At some point improved trading should shift the SP (but i'm not holding my breath)

yes it looks reasonable at these levels given the growth prospects. We'll find out more with results due soon, possibly next week....
