Eps for next year according to a couple of websites is 35 -36p rather than 40p and 17.2p div rather than 20p. Plenty of time for this to change so i'd say your figures are achievable with a fair breeze...

Not a huge amount of selling at 1.5p so thinking that these spikes are becoming increasingly sticky and that can only be good news. I might even be in profit soon at this rate!

Following the investment, Science Group is considering the most appropriate model for enabling this strategy. There are a number of potential alternatives which are being considered. A statutory merger is one mechanism, which if executed would convert the investment into an acquisition and Science Group is exploring this approach, although at this stage it is not anticipated that such an action will be undertaken in the near-term. The Board remains excited by the Frontier business, its employees and the potential opportunities which may or may not include collaboration with existing parts of Science Group.'

It was obvious that the directors advice was an attempt to keep control of FST and carry on with their current (failing) strategy. and maintain their paychecks. They failed and they resigned. We now have new management, debt under control and hopefully a better future.
As for where it leaves the previous shareholders, that would depend on their input price. Personally that leaves me underwater which i suspect is the answer you were looking for..

Yes hindsight would be very useful in this game. Fairly good technical support around 100p tho so hopefully you wont be buying more at 90p! I think the managers will spend the money wisely and we'll be on our way, probably waiting to see what happens on halloween first....

I'm no expert on hostile takeovers but M&G and AXA both still own big chunks of this and have not sold as far as i can see. I feel like Science group are manipulating my emotions and i therefore naturally try and do the opposite... Don't think i'm gonna sell yet, i want to see what happens next!

Think maybe 11.7M projected for year end is slightly less than analysts previous estimates...(12.4M)

Given that they made the recent cash call just to keep the lights on relatively easily, i'm thinking that investors might not be as pessimistic as to REDT's future as some might be believing. Obviously there is a crunch point coming one way or the other....

You would hope that this update should give us that tailwind and encourage more of the shorts, that peaked last month at around 4.4 per cent, to continue to close out.
Having said that, just checked and Blackrock just increase short on 11 june...I dont get what i'm missing cos looks like it'a heading above 400p to me...?

In 2018, 10 million DAB receivers were sold worldwide. We expect this figure to be easily surpassed in the years ahead”.

However FST's margins are being squeezed on DAB and they are aggressively cutting prices to maintain share. They have other strings to their bow tho and expect to return to positive ebitda in second half. I believe they should have enough cash to make it although no denying that this is a low point, but this too represents an opportunity for those who'll take the risk as expressed the recent big share taken by Science group. I'm sticking around...

Good to see more supercap adoptions, tho not obviously being CPX tech won't help lift the sense of gloom from the once faithfuls! Often the inflection comes at the point of maximum gloom so i'm up for hanging around a bit longer...

£27M pre tax giving 6p EPS and 1.2p div

..plus a few more 25K blocks gone thro this morning too. Just in time for the juicy dividend. Doubt they'll stay this low for much longer.
