Hi, NE. I suspect that might possibly be more to do with the IPA guarantee perhaps being limited to the 1.5bn, and senior lenders requiring a guarantee for 50% of the total debt amount. Hence limiting at the 3bn figure

Since it has been stated on more than a few occasions that we don’t want to tie ourselves down with more cheap contracts than absolutely necessary, I’m hoping that rather than face any further dilution, Chris is aiming to tie up some subordinate debt to cover the extra fund8ng needed. This may be for the full requirement, or perhaps less should a ‘strategic partner’ be forthcoming to account for the difference.

As for the ‘very savvy people’, perhaps GK is thinking closer to home?

You make a very valid observation regarding Cibra and Sirius BOTH perhaps being relatively unknown — having been invested her as long as I have, it’s all too easy to sometimes overlook the profile Sirius has elsewhere. I agree also that there is scope for both companies to grow together. With Chris also taking a position on the Cibra board hopefully he will be able to provide input that will enable both companies to progress symbiotically.

There is much potential of course - es ever, with Sirius - with much of the negativity of late, however, at this stage I would have liked to see something that would have made the rest of the industry sit up and take notice. ‘Breaking down barriers’, if you like!

Oh, yes... iii. Have you ever come across a greater cockup? Years and years of established and committed users to sell to their advertisers. And now what? Such a shame.

Good morning, Alan. Of course I do appreciate it’s rather easy to just keep beating your tambourine and lambast anyone with the temerity to suggest Sirius aren’t the new APPL, however, if you might be willing to share your initial thoughts and analysis on a deal with a company that has a 4% market share in its home market, and is worth about £75mn, then I - and perhaps one or two others - will be all ears.

Indeed. Based upon a 30% equity stake in Cibra for 95mn shares, at today’s prices we have just signed a deal with a company roughly 25% smaller than UKOG.

Startling statistics that might seem iniquitous to those that cannot be arsed to get off their arses and do something about their own personal circumstances. But, in this day and age, just how many of that 1% that enjoy ~80% of the wealth were actually born into it? And if they weren’t born into it, where’s the conspiracy? Any thoughts to your Gate’s, your Jobs’ or your Zuckerbergs of this world? Not to mention, the Musk’s, the Bezos’s or the Buffet’s etc...

Returning to your original question though, well, yes... of course it’s something of a positive that MOP prices to India are seemingly up by 20% to $290/tonne CFR this year , however, since we won’t be producing anything - let alone MOP - for at least three years yet, it is all somewhat rather academic (financing considerations which are seemingly concluded aside).

I appreciate that as someone rather new to this company you might have quite a few questions — and it’s sensible that you should look for answers. Notwithstanding that, there is no obligation here for anyone to feel obliged to contribute to your research.

ST2 was always anticipated to be concluded late 2018. No doubt a big part of that is because ST1 funds were anticipated to be getting thin at the same time. Hancock’s well negotiated position required that in the first instance ~600mn from ST1 was to be expended, and ST2 was in the bag before they released any funds. All of which suggests to me that (a) timescales and budget are pretty much as anticipated, and (b), ST2 finances are pretty much in the bag also; other than the provision for the additional funding requirement — something that cannot be deemed insurmountable because by releasing their $250mn, Hancock clearly have sufficient ‘comfort’ the money will ultimately be received. Exactly how that occurs however, is obviously yet to made clear to us.

Regardless, it was always anticipated that Hancock’s money would be due around this time despite their conditions. The fact we can expect to receive it on Monday should provide comfort to us that their conditions will be met. With all the reassurance that should entail.

11.6.3 (Royalty Financing Agreement) found on pages 216-217 of our admission prospectus will go a long way to helping reconcile many ambiguities currently being discussed surrounding the exact nature of Hancock’s position.

Bearing in mind such a response would be from a position of complete ineptitude, one would certainly hope not. But, that would be perhaps giving credit where it frequently isn’t due. Still, if such a reaction should be forthcoming, it might go a small way to helping some people understand exactly why the professionals treat the amateur side of the market with (often not underserved) contempt.

But she’s just about to release $250m. And like any potential buyer of a business is quite entitled to be fully appraised of contracts, revenues, costs, etc.

If she’s releasing her money, she’s clearly received the requisite comfort that ST2 is forthcoming. And we all know additional TorPs are a criterion. Ergo, she would have knowledge of a deal. Nothing of which constitutes insider trading as you suggest.
