Hiya, Camp. Had quite a few problems, tbh. The only trade I was able to execute was for 7k shares. After initial auction process, it seemed to freeze and getting orders accepted was difficult. Did you have problems too?

Good morning, Chriskies. You’re correct, Chris has pretty much ruled out senior debt. Of course eyes will then automatically focus on an equity component - and that’s a very possible outcome. However, there is also scope for subordinated debt serviced by cash flow and the potential for a strategic partner and whatever, finance, experience or infrastructural and strategic abilities they may be able to provide.

Fair play, Alan. Good on ya. I don’t mean to really have a dig, rather a more roundabout observation that it is the certainties often expressed on these sort of forums that can very often lead to the knee jerk responses we saw first thing this morning.

A more measured approach on both sides of the equation would certainly be more conducive to price stability. Notwithstanding, of course, the fact that those old bedfellows fear & greed will always have their way.

Don’t be daft. Appreciate there’s not much call for one in your toolkit, but, in business there’s this document called a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and if you think the company didn’t include them then you are mistaken.

Can’t see why you’re getting so antsy anyway. Wasn’t it only a few weeks ago you were lecturing me on the project economics, how it had such great potential that, even if your ROI was halved you’d still find it a compelling investment. Perhaps you should focus on that. Or go for a walk.

No. What you should find “UNFORGIVABLE”, is your obvious mismanagement of your resources. Take a look at yourself.

As for any ‘leak’, of course it is clear people in the market knew ahead of today’s announcement. That’s not to say anything came from the company. There will have been so many people privy to this news that - despite the best efforts of the company - information could have come from anywhere.

The volume is the total number of shares traded. Full stop.

A buy via an RSP (Retail Service Provider) or what was one called a Market Maker is an ‘O’ or ‘ordinary’ trade. And with only one party to the transaction (RSPs are considered part of the system) this is a ‘true’ buy or a sell in the traditional sense.

A transaction taken directly from the order book is an ‘A’ or ‘automatic’ trade. This type of trade has both a buyer and a seller, and is assigned a ‘buy’ or ‘sell’ designation depending on which side of the order book the original order was placed.

It undermines whatever message it might be that you hope to convey and, to be frank, is rather silly and a waste of people's time. Not a single hour has passed by since 10am this morning that you have not posted on this forum. Now, either you haven’t enjoyed lobster and wine for lunch at all and that’s just a Mittyesque fantasy, or, the lobster really wasn’t that ‘fantastic’ after all and you’re fibbing. Because ‘fantastic’ lobster and perhaps a world class Chardonnay or maybe Premier Cru (Grand if you’re really lucky) simply commands more than hour of your attention. In real life.

Nowhere near to extent he was. ISTR reading that he’d liquidated most of his holdings (inc. SXX) for IHT reasons, so accordingly spends considerably less time monitoring the boards.

Probably bobbing about in his tub on the high seas somewhere whilst enjoying two stiff fingers.
