You’re absolutely correct, John. Perhaps I should. Having been fleeced by other players in the market and my own naivety in the past, I just find it a little bit frustrating when I see people having a crack at this game with so little apparent appreciation for just how it works. But you’re correct, I should bite my tongue sometimes and I apologise if my intemperate words were perhaps somewhat alienating. I’d like to think it was only because my blood was up because of other readers - notably, very unlikely contributors - but either way, my apologies. And yes, I did learn as much as I could by reading. There really is no other substitute other than experience — and that can prove very expensive indeed.

1, The uncrossing trade is neither a buy or a sell in isolation. Rather, the cumulative total of the trades that, when averaged out, give us a closing price.

2, The ‘MM’s’ have little - if anything - to do with it.

3, No one buyer is ‘confident’. See point 1 above.

I think we can all be pretty sure he is not the Chris France at NYMNP. He’s just an aggrieved former shareholder who, rather cynically, seems to believe that impersonating the former, might lend some spurious sense of credibility to his ongoing campaign to denigrate the company.

Disagree. If you think simply talking about him is achieving his goal, I think you underestimate him and are quite mistaken. There may be an element of narcissism involved, but only as a component of an obsession. Sad I know - particularly in an intelligent guy - but it takes all types, I guess. Furthermore, if you think maintaining a policy of silence will work, again, I think you are mistaken. Whether you respond or not is largely irrelevant, like a dripping tap so long as any perceived negatives as regularly dropped into the discussion the hope is that one might find its mark and do a little damage - however inconsequential that may be. As Sheps suggested earlier some of us here are pretty clear wrt to any agenda and the way I see it, it’s not to see Sirius fall to obtain a good price, it’s to see Sirius fall full-stop. To zero ideally.

The oxygen of publicity isn’t really his shtick. Undermining (forgive the pun) the company we’ve all invested in most certainly is.

Hi, Scotty. If you see ‘into year end’ as late Dec then we will have to agree to differ on timelines. For my part, I see into year end as Nov. onwards.

Once commitment letters are received, I see little cause to drag our heels and would have thought that 19/12 might have a bearing and Christmas lead up aside, the company would want to get ST2 news ‘out there’ in good time before the market winds down and other things grab people’s attention.

Morning, Foster. You might want to take a deep breath. They can hold back results for another for weeks. As for timelines slipping, I think that’s more to to with your perception of things. I’ve long held the belief that we are probably looking about late Oct - early Nov myself.
