OKe - the US Distribution Centre will probably take at least two years to become profitable. Too many pinning their hopes on this.

Oke - the problem is if inflation goes higher in US and interest rates have to go up further then it's these that can lead to a US Recession. A US recession will hit all global shares regardless because investors sell out and get too scared to buy shares.

Oke - unfortunately, that could lead to higher inflation and more interest rate rises.

Oke - it also shows how many shares weren't sold throughout the day and had to be sold at the closing auction.

Don't ever think share prices are cheap because they can go even lower than you could possibly imagine.
