For the EGM it's being done by voting forms and not turnout attendance at the meeting.

So it's Boohoo's 29% versus 41% others, if the 27% of institutional investors excluding the two founders and the 14% small private investors vote for Bob etc.

It looks like egm voting forms have already gone out.

The problem for US and UK central banks is increased wage growth. Increased wage growth leads to higher inflation and inflation lasting for longer.

If the UK rates have to go to 7%, then they'll go to 7%.

The Bank of England have to do a balancing act.

If you put the rates up too much and too quickly then you hit banks and businesses which could lead into recession.

The reason Boohoo, Thg, ASOS and others were up slightly today may be because the US June Payrolls came in lower than the estimated number for the first time in 15 months.

There was a sigh of relief on global markets.

However, there are fears about increased wage growth in the US.

Next week the latest US inflation figures will be revealed, so all eyes are on this plus much anxiety abounds about this too.
