Joining in on the rally, London-listed online retailer Asos jumped 7.6%, and boohoo rose 2.9%.

Oke - I don't think it's the market. I think it's investors thinking it's over and buying into Boohoo.

Boohoo's admin costs are about £500m, if this went up 30%, then it would be an extra £160m.

Figures released earlier by the Office for National Statistics showed that wages grew 7.3% in the three months to May, and coming in above expectations for a 7.1% increase.

UK wages are still growing which puts inflation up and means more interest rate rises.

US inflation figures are due to be released tomorrow and Thursday.

Many different Institutional Investors own 27% of REVB shares. I've already posted this list some weeks ago, so please look for it if you need to see it.

So the vote will be down to them.

I can't see Bob Holt stepping down now. It sounds like more speculation from media sources.

Hosai - it's a difficult one because in reality you can't rally others. At the last AGM you had to vote in person, be in attendance to vote.

Whereas for this vote, it's voting forms being used, so everyone has a chance to vote.

I would think Matthew Moulding and Mahmud Kamani voted the same way as Boohoo.

Or maybe Mahmud Kamani has 2% and Matthew Moulding wasn't in attendance..

Hence why it's so important for small private investors to always attend AGMs in person because you get a chance to talk to to other shareholders and to the management team. This can be extremely enlightening if you get the chance to talk to each of the Board management team on a one to one basis. The Board management team are much more open on a one to one basis.

Hosai - there are 27% of Revolution Beauty's shares in the hands of Institutional Investors. By Institutional Investors I don't mean Boohoo and the two founders. This is the beauty of subscribing to research facilities because you get loads more information than you do anywhere online.

Then you have about 13% in the hands of small private investors.

The total is 40% out of 100% or about 58% out of the 69% i.e. excluding the founders' shares.

It all depends on how these 27% of shares held by many different institutional investors vote.

CWWX - The only way investors can be educated for investing in shares is to learn from their own mistakes. If they can't admit their mistakes to themselves, then they'll never learn and will continue to make the same mistakes over and over again.
