T4g - yes and if you go back through all the trading updates, final results, press, media you'll find them.

Instead of coming back on responses go and look for yourself then you'll learn more by doing this. You're too blinkered hence why you could have made £200,000 if you'd sold all your 50,000 Boohoo shares at £4. Instead you held on to many of them with the justification that you were holding on for dividends from Boohoo.

So please leave all posters alone on here, do soem research before coming back at them.

Wolf - I'm always wary of any business who uses exceptional costs. That was my point. Anything in exceptional costs is a red light for me.

Wolf - from what I remember in posts here from you to Hexam and Broke, you got somewhat mixed up yourself about the accounts, balance sheet, capital expenditure or something. I can't remember exactly what it was.

The business case for a US fulfilment centre was thoroughly evaluated throughout 2021 with approval by the group’s board in Q2 2022.

During this time, we completed a property search, a 3PL (third-party logistics) tender to operate the site, a solution design and a business impact assessment.

We signed a lease on a property and selected a 3PL partner in Q2 2022 and commenced the site fit-out in Q3 2022 once the physical building was completed.

Our first brand to go live is PrettyLittleThing planned in Q3 2023, followed by Nasty Gal with boohoo, boohooMAN and Karen Millen all planned to go live in early 2024.

FRom me - the opening of the USDC has ranged from early 2023, mid-2023, late summer 2023 and Q3 2023. It seems to me it will be probably be Boohoo's financial year Q3 2024 which is September to November 2023.

If it was anywhere near opening, then I would have thought Boohoo would be saying so in a RNS, to media, etc,

Calendar year Q3 2023 is July to September 2023. Financial Year Q3 2024 is September to November 2023.

Maybe the 2023 Calendar Year and Boohoo's 2024 Financial Year will overlap, so to speak, if the USDC opens in September 2023.

T4g - you do the same when a short goes down from 0.5% to 0.49%. You dismiss it completely.

scb - yes you're right. I got it wrong. I forgot about it being financial year 2024. Oooops ...... I still see the USDC not opening until Q3 2024 which is September to November 2023.

11.2 Relationship Agreement

On 13 July 2021, the Company entered into a relationship agreement (the “Relationship Agreement”) with the Founding Shareholders to regulate their relationship with the Company and to ensure that the Company, for so long as the Founding Shareholders (together with their respective associates and any persons deemed to be acting in concert with a Founding Shareholder) hold at least 20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, is able to carry on its business and affairs independently of the Founding Shareholders and that the transactions entered into between the Company and the Founding Shareholders (or their associates) will be on an arm’s length and normal commercial basis following Admission.

Amongst other things the Relationship Agreement provides that each Founding Shareholder (so far as he is properly able to do so) shall procure that he (and his associates) shall

(a) ensure that no contract of arrangement between him and any member of the Group is entered into or varied without the unanimous approval of the independent directors

(b) not take any action that could reasonably be expected to have the effect of preventing the Company from complying with its obligations under the AIM Rules and (c) not use his shareholding to requisition a general meeting of the Company for the purpose of proposing, or exercising any voting rights attaching to their shareholding to remove a director or amend the Articles in such a way as might reasonably be expected to adversely effect the independence of the Group.

T4g - as stated below in the annual accounts Q3 2023 is financial year for Boohoo. They don't talk about calendar years in annual accounts, they talk about financial years.

Use your brain. It's the annual accounts so it's financial year.

T4g - the timetable for the USDC keeps changing. It was supposed to be early 2023, then late summer 20023 and now Q3 2023. Q3 2023 for Boohoo is from September to November 2023.

Considering Boohoo keeps changing the timetable dates, it might be 2024 at this rate.

T4g - it's not in the presentation, it's in the final results for year ending 28 February 2023. Will you please check this out before posting misleading information.

T4g - yes they can however they choose to use online brokers/dealers because they're cheap. Cheap can also mean inadequate.

When it comes to investing in shares, then in my opinion it's best not to use cheap and inadequate online brokers/dealers.

T4g - I don't think it's 99% of PIs use online brokers/dealers. There are many stockbrokers out there who have clients.

T4g - for me, I'd rather pay the money for a stockbroker than use an online broker/dealer. You get what you pay for.

T4g - some investors wait till the closing auction to buy the shares at the closing auction.

T4g - I'm not talking about limit orders. I'm talking about the actual closing auction i.e. the UT.

T4g - it's an auction, you put your price in for the shares.

T4g - no, not with the likes of online brokers. Online dealers/brokers don't offer this facility.
