does anyone know which West Virginia mining contractor has been appointed by BEN? How many high wall systems are being used? I saw 4 different mine area permits for Bens creek, but are we only doing 1 at the moment? Great if we have 3 more to dig after this.

I googled to see what Peru issues may be affecting Petrofac and apart from the ever changing governance of the country I could only find that clip I copied that may affect Petrofac if they have oil & gas service contracts there.

I emailed POLX last week to suggest they update their social media (facebook and twitter) but they didn't reply. I did also ask how their current Polarisers are doing in hspitals and if they had managed to resolve the FDA requirements for re-submission. As the latter is sensitive info that would need to be released by RNS I guess they just chose not to reply to any of that email. Not stealing credit from AndrewUK as we both have suggested that better comms/updates on media platforms makes for a more competent looking outfit. Not blaming the BoDs, I am blaming their PR company Walbrook. Their twitter is still 5months without any mention of their October install as their last comment was 5 months ago. Come on Phillip Marriage of Walbrook, sort it out m8 ;)

wanted to buy £20K at 0.298350 but had to settle for £18K's worth. I get who the rampers are and the derampers and then the little pi folk in the middle like me. I take on board ericeric's comments of concern and no doubt wanting to get a lower buy point which would have helped me out too this morning tbh. The sp has only fallen by tuppence but I'll take that. Now I can only hope the ramping is justified and the optimistic amounts of Metcoal come out next month with the $315/T value and that China's price stays at nearly double that.

Am breaking my promise, but that 20K Buy was actually my sell as nothing happening here for a while. Will pop back next year assuming my 20K in #BEN doesn't loose me money like POLX did. For all LTH here don't fret, this is the bottom at the moment and once they start sharing news POLX will rise again. Till then, have a nice Christmas.

LSE showing 11.3:11.1 now and yet still -6.73%. It was a flip of a coin for a top up between PHE & PFC for me so went with the latter. Still think 4.85 is a good topup for PHE but I'm all out of spare funds now as GGP took a chunk last night..

before you say DYO, can anyone tell me why the sp is down today despite the news of 2 wells striking gas? I am not invested here (yet?) but read on Energy Voice about those positive results in Indonesia so I came here expecting to see the sp in blue. I saw a mere £50K of shares bought by a director and his wife for about 350p/s on Tuesday followed by a spike. Was that spike on the back of that or news of the strike? Woulda thought the strike would be in an RNS rather than a 3rd party website. Just asking out of curiousity as PFC sp is my highest priced share and 375.80 is too high for me to risk for an optimistic 10p uplift to make a difference on a pi £1K investment. GLA

Just £6K of sells today and it brings the sp down 1.45% yet reports of new contract deals with 3M and other positives didn't give so much as a tingle to the EXR nether regions and it's sp. VrE was a slow burner but even on Zuckerberg's news of Meta the sp stayed flacid. What does/will it take to get the sp above 20p?

Halifax told me to check the Corporate Actions on 22nd November and that the IRR shares I bought yesterday will qualify. I only watched the video once but I think he said you qualify as long as you hold shares before the 19th. Or do I need to watch it again and resist buying more TM1?
