for the HUI IPO? Howard (Nevilles Registrar) sent me the offer last week, I sent the payment and got a reply to confirm receipt of it and that if successful I would be sent a certificate in January. I think this Wednesday is deadline for payment

Once HUI get the funds from the IPO cash raise in January, will Linde be starting construction of the Hydrogen rig Q1?

This is metcoal used by the steel industry, hence why a Chinese offtake company are to construct a steel manufacturing plant in the area.
19,236 hectares with 1.3bn tonnes resources only 47m deep in its coal basin.

O&W iirc it is 80,000tonnes raw coal per month gets processed to 40-50,000T metcoal at about $100-T. So $4m-month. To be honest I can't remember if Adam gave figures in £ or $ but even if it was conservatively in $ then that is £2.8m per month while the washed coal sits on the ground. The offtake via rail hopper accrues a further payment. Please correct me if I am wrong. £4m a month would be amazing from one HWM rig.

As Bladey said, investors want to see $$ revenue being made rather than assets even though the assets we have are getting the coal out of the ground already.
Most companies, spend months/years planning and getting permits and sorting logistics and finding offtake purchasers. Investors in those companies sit on their hands at low sp waiting for production to start and someone to buy it.
BEN has it all sorted and is already producing with an offtake agreement. You are correct that the true value of the business has still not been realised in the sp but until people see a spreadsheet of actual dollars being made rather than speculative forecast then they are cautious of investing and hence the low price.
BEN is extracting coal. Revenue is being generated. Not sure we will get an actual value this year but if we show a bit of love I reckon we may have a financial RNS update by 14th Feb 2022 :)

Captain the price has shot up to where we are based at now because what the Boss (Adam) has told us he would do, he has done and kept us all informed about it along the way. We have lumps of coal spewing out onto the ground from the conveyor tongue of that HWM beast with its angry twisted teeth. Those 1000s of tonnes of metcoal are in demand from the steel industry and already commend a sale price. The value of the raw metcoal will increase just by passing it through the wash plant that removes dust and impurities. That will increase the value of the company. You will see true potential of the company with a rise in sp. Be sure to check back here towards the end of next week for news...

The rail spur contractors will complete their work towards the end of January (which is only next month!) so the washed coal can be loaded into the rail hopper cars and taken to the weighbridge . BEN get paid once it has been weighed. BEN don't even have to pay for the freight that will take it for distribution inland and also to port for export. True potential will once again be realised at the very latest by mid February in the sp.

A second HWM is planned to be added in March to double output...true pot...sp.

More local land will be acquired to mine. As if 10,000 acres isn't enough....
Other mined sites will be offered use of BEN's washplant and infrastructure on a royalty basis...

35p a decent midpoint. worth more but happy to stay at this price topping up until the photos are released of the wash plant and of course the rail spur the following month. Some will skim a few as it rises and pick them back up again plus a few more at a couple of pence below before midding out at 35 again. Don't get caught out selling when Adam gives us some non sensitive news soon that may shift that mid-point higher albeit not via RNS. Check the website and the roasts for what is happening. Sent bank transfer for £10000.05 as requested on the subscription email to Nevilles registrar. No guarantee I will get them in which case they would refund to my account. GLA

This really is BEN2 with offtake agreements being sought already and the Chinese building a steel plant in SA to use it. Get in!
