As a small pi I only came in for £2.3K yesterday at 6.3p and topped up another £6K at same price with seconds to spare this evening. Good to see familiar names from BEN here too. I've now shifted my pf from Pharma & Oil to Lithium, Hydrogen, Gold and Metcoal :) Let's get digging those dollars out the ground.

build of first Atome plant not due till end of 2023 assuming all funding and development in place. So whilst the water is there to create the electricity as is the electrolysis knowledge of how to split it to Hydrogen and Oxygen, the hardware is still in design process and will need funding beyond the IPO to build it. No revenue and no dividends for 3 years. Split is just PR move to disassociate its green self from oil which makes sense. good for both the parent and the IPO.

I asked Wallbrooks PR a few weeks ago if the NDA would be resubmitted to FDA this year. He replied that as it is sensitive information then any such news of re-submission would be in the form of an RNS.

think I paid 19p when it was VrEducation on back of Zuckerberg announcing Meta. Despite 3M and other announcements the price just keeps going down. 25 trades and it is down 7.58%. What is gonna take this above 19p?

I still think we will get news in the early part of next year to announce that the matters of concern to FDA have been sorted out for the NDA to be re-submitted. May well be that the NDA doesn't get submitted till September/October, just depends on how soon FDA can clear their backlog of current/pending applications.

am just 2months investing so far using Halifax as broker. If I use John Belliss or Kevin Hornsby (Sunday Roast) to take up the HUI IPO offer, who do I send payment to for the shares? They said that I pay the Company or Registrar direct as Halifax apparently can't broker the deal. I then get a share certificate? How can I later trade the shares if I want to? Never traded on Aquis platform before. They are both due to email me nearer the launch date but just wanted a heads up.

oh yeh, my bad 2 Dec 2020. Well at least it is still relevant to what is going on a year later today with Covid fears.

I think cash payment is due 13th December. My broker (Halifax) doesn't deal with Aquis so like you said, as I understand it, I pay the HUI Company/registrar direct and get issued a share certificate. As long as you have submitted your desired allocation amount with John Belliss or one of the other guys such as Kevin Hornsby then they will send you the info next week. John phoned me this morning about it after I emailed him last night. Kevin also said the same.

On the latest video chat Adam said they are looking to purchase further local acquisitions and based on the expected returns from Ben alone that they will be looking to get a second mining rig and even a similar Ben site elsewhere. So whether we get a big dividend or an increased acreage and assets to create a larger mc and thus sp value it is all good. Revenue is already being generated with every lump of coal that comes out of the seam on the highwall mining rig's conveyor. That machine is a beast! Like something out of an Armageddon film. Big holders selling high to buy low. Probably bob up n down from here to 40 today and tomorrow until people get caught out and it stops dipping down.
