now I can hibernate happy till Spring.20 Dec 2021 09:36
BEN is extracting 80000 tonnes raw coal per month and stockpiling it ready for the washplant to process it mid-January to about 40000tonnes metcoal @ $150pt profit.
The railtrack repairs are ahead of schedule with the 2nd crew of contractors onsite this week.
The stockpiled coal will be loaded into the rail hopper cars February/March for a further uplift in offtake revenue once it reaches the weighbridge.
A second HighWallMiner HWM will be Leased, or if financially viable purchased, at the end of Q1/start Q2 to double output....>$144m per year
10p+ dividends payable for holders through 2022.
A neighbouring mine site Lease acquired last week of 1200acres that has the equipment onsite from when it was last mined. BEN has the washplant, rail infrastructure and offtake partners in place to process coal from that mine and ship it out.
That said, we are currently only extracting raw coal from the one mine so at the risk of being called a de-ramper I base my sp expectations today on today's value.
I agree that BEN will be worth multiples more in Spring 2022 and beyond that, but to me right now it is like buying a commercial premises that had gone bankrupt a few years ago, fixing it up, finding new customers and selling the same product at a higher price due to current market trends. Last week's acquisition is like buying the vacant lot next door. On paper it adds some value as an asset but until I fix it up and start selling stuff from it then it is just an extension to my property title.
If BEN get the 2nd HWM in operation in Spring 2022 and secures more acquisitions and can Lease more HWM rigs to mine them then the real value of the company will be realised. Right now the sp is where it is as the infant business has no revenue spreadsheets to show people.
I for one am happy to see the sp rise gradually as revenue streams are increased in real time rather than what happened last time, when it was pumped and dumped at 41p. Sorry to anyone who is not here for the journey. Hope I don't get booted from the Tgm group, lol.
Just my layman's opinion as a normal bloke (only done shares for 3 months) with life savings invested mostly in this stock. DYOR etc. :)
