RE: From UKOG last tweet18 May 2023 08:23
Unlucky,
Of course UKOG is testing 'something' otherwise they would be lying, though only on twitter so...., which is still highly unlikely.
Nobody knows what. Because of the reports made while drilling, or lack of them, and the report of the upper Hoya swabbing test it's very unlikely to be 'big' or a 'gusher'. They also may not be testing even tiny volumes of oil at all but royal flushes of water - not a winning hand though in this case.
Rampers left hanging for maybe another day of silence, so another day of posting nonsense with their fevered imagination about other posters and the 'possible' results.
In the absence of progress RNS since 3 May, but teaser tweets - past periods of silence whilst drilling and testing suggest they may be struggling for 'good' news - and quite possibly still trying to encourage some more oil to surface from the only zone they've given specific details of which had the oil smell. Perhaps no other zone had this newly rediscovered technique deployed that some posters were proclaiming as the best thing since the early 1900s - and looking at some posters oeuvre they're disappointed it isn't still the early 1900s.
Only if they have set 7" casing would any deeper zone be available to perforate and test so like schrodinger's cat that box, like many possibilities since the 3 May RNS, is as yet unopened and unknown
UKOG will eventually have to reveal, if not all (they're usually very selective), at least some of the unknowns.
Spud - very unlikely, he would be crystallising a fair size loss.on his 9,347,939 shares bought for £12,000 (average 0.128p) unless he sold on the 24th April (a small loss)..........but he would have to declare a sale - so no.
