Does this mean that at completion date, Enq gets cashflow from 1 Jan 2021 to completion date in their hands?

Yeah, focus on oil production.
The business model is still there more then ever with the Majors plans. Strange they didnt get any deal yet but we will see (maybe in 1 h we know).

Looking at the marginal fields that was closed opex was maybe 45 and prod 6k/2m/year.
The cost saving program bring down total opex from 21 to 12 = yearly saving around 170m at current production.
Assuming oil price 60 those marginal fields would only give FCF per year of 30m

So we making 140m/year more now after makeover with less production. Thats impressive!

Sorry to hear about funeral.
This FCA reporting didnt work so well on PMO if I remember correct..
0,5% I must say is abnormal low, seen other healthy profitable companies (low valuation) with 5-10% and they climb on to it for long. I had shares and owner family had a big slice. Family bought it out with a 30-50% premium.
I think it would almost strange if someone didnt take negative position on Enq during last year.

I am not expert but..Frac could be right..
Outlook wasnt great for most of 2020 and would not be suprised if shorters came.
See it as an oppertunity now.
Move the economic needle bit more in our favour and they need to let it go and SP will fly.
Comparing with the bond price that recovered well to 75.
1 year ago when SP started fly the bond was at 85+

8m shares traded today at mainmarket so far.
Only 3m in London:-(

Opec is in mega control over price now if supply is already tight today.
Demand will go up significant with world GDP increase and the end of lockdowns.
From spring forward I bet Opec can get what price they ever want.
