With 400m cash and 25m/month spare they need to do something.
From midsummer 1,2b net debt they can be debt free in 2 years also.

This will come out good one way or the other.
Time for company and investors stop focus on the debt

Should add to my below numbers is Gross debt
RBL 700 + Bonds 900 = 1600m
Cash 300m + 100m headroom RBL

Net debt around 1200 after completing

It’s roughly numbers to get an idea

So if this RBL facility is 700m.
What will it be used for for?
assuming date 1 July.
RCF around 125m
PIK 100-150m
Magnus vendor 50m
OZ 30m
SVT 20m
Purchase Golden eagle around 225m ( reduced with FCF and OO)
Sum = 575m.

So there is a headrooom 125m , seems fair.

So it will be around 600m left on it and with 60oil we make FCF 50m/month.
Then it takes 12 months to pay it down but we have 24 months until refinance bonds.
So its a headroom of 25m/months

and once you get into 2023 we replace bonds with a new 900m RBL including Kraken

This looks good with 60 oil over next years with a huge upside for shareholders if oil price average higher

Swedish holders might get it cheaper:-)

Remember it was chaos last RI.
Different timelines for UK and SE for disconnecting the RI. In SE after disconnecting date SP went up even if was supposed to go down around 20%.
Unclear information and many didn’t know what to do.

Once all was completed the added asset of 300m or something didn’t add anything to Mcap

That’s how I remember it

L7, think your missing the point. It’s not 2025 but 2022 and hopefully a lot more then 50/year if oil god shine at us. :-)

With the price of a barrel of Brent oil breaking above 60 USD this morning it seems long ago that we were below 20, but it was actually only last spring. There will be swings I am sure, but seeing how underinvested the sector is, I remain optimistic!
