What we have all been waiting for - let’s see how long it takes to have an impact on syme before we start celebrating, ramping or deramping - if we were indeed waiting for PNP - it’s done and we are ready :)

How do you know Brass ? honest question - do you have inside info - info that the rest of us are not privy too ? are you speculating like the rest of us ? It’s obvious that a company cannot survive indefinitely without generating revenue - are you saying everything in the RNSs has been made up and it’s all nonsense even though it’s regulated news ?
I’ve no idea weather this will come good or not - I don’t believe it’s a scam and if it is the FCA will be complicit in said scam - enough people have wrote to them suggesting it’s a scam yet nothing has been done about it - it comes down to if you believe it will come good or you don’t - we’ve had the prospectus and a trading update and are waiting for the contents of the TU to be delivered - syme is still a fintech startup and things are moving at a snails pace - the reality is it’s going to be tougher and a lot slower than most thought that doesn’t mean we are not going to be successful :)

It’s not only on here that’s quiet all TG are also quiet - nothing much to add we’ve had the prospectus and TU - we are all waiting on PNP for WL , sace and traditional IM - we are not waiting on PNP for Vechain 8.5m and 50m - whichever comes 1st will significantly derisk us and will be the start of the rerate :)

Morning Steve k - as a well respected LTH no one will be deleting you post I hope - no one can dispute the contents of your post - however we are all individuals and as such we have different views and opinions - I think whatever AZ has done and whatever lies people think he has told has been for the benefit of the company - we are still here and in business the alternatives could be much worse - for me it’s not about the past it’s about the future prospects of the company and I believe AZ and team will get us there eventually - I may be right and could also be wrong but as stated previously it won’t be life changing if it fails but could be if it succeeds .

There’s been 1000s of objective posts negative posts and positive posts no one can say this bb is an echo chamber that’s fact - no one has all the answers and all the facts - we are all speculating - there are negatives and positives it’s still 50/50 - we are still considered a fintech start up - most fail within 12 months - syme has not , we’ve had 1st IM and we are waiting for the second - we started off with CLNs and plenty of dilution - we moved away from CLNs and a commitment from BODs no more dilution - we are financially secure until Oct pipeline is growing and we are waiting for the Italian government to release details of pegno non possessorio which makes it easier for banks to diversify into markets such as what syme and others offer - something which was previously difficult for them to do - the bill has been passed so it is coming but no one knows when.

Sace have been working with syme and the Italian government and are interested in becoming a funder or undertake a risk in our IM - WL is thought to be waiting also for pegno - there’s so much going on it’s a total head melt - I won’t encourage anyone to buy hold or sell - it’s different for every individual investor for me it’s always been a LTH ( 3 years after 1st IM for me ) I see no reason to change my strategy - we have had no negative news and no positive news either so nothing has changed for me - sentiment is at an all time low but I’ve never been one for following the crowd - no one speaks for me only I speak for me and likewise I don’t speak on behalf of anyone else - rightly or wrongly I will hold as per my strategy unless we get an RNS saying it’s all over - I’m not stupid enough to think this has been anything other than difficult to date but it’s not over by a long way - still much work to do but despite all I believe AZ and team will deliver - amount I have invested will not ruin my life if it goes tits up but if successful could be life changing - risk vs reward no point going over all negatives and positives anyone that is still invested knows the story to date - I’ve enjoyed the experience so far and learnt a lot about investing and also about people and agendas :)

Situation imo - for WL we are waiting for pegno but also pegno is relevant for all IMs in Italy as it improves legal enforcement over the pledge of inventory - very important for funders and insurers - sace are interested in funding IMs or undertake a risk in our IM :)
Vechain further funding of 8.5m is not waiting on pegno and could land at anytime - web3 sounds near complete if you follow Vechain on LinkedIn - I’m not looking at the sp ( I dare not lol ) I’m focussing on the future prospects of the company the partnerships , the regions and overall potential not by next week or next month or Q1 but in a year or twos time - doesn’t appear we have traditional funding at the moment and it may require more time -once we start generating revenue and WL is up and running this will be the catalyst for traditional funding - lot of negativity around at the moment which is understandable and it’s been tougher than AZ thought for sure but we must remember we have 1st IM under our belt - pipeline is growing - partnerships and alliances are being forged - staff recruitment and a CEO and team that are driven by success - no one knows for sure what’s happening in the back ground but I at least am confident AZ and team will deliver - some may agree others will disagree I can only say it as I see it others may have opposing views - all views are welcome negative positive indifferent so long as there’s no hidden agenda - good look all invested :)

As far as WL is concerned I believe we are waiting for the Italian government to release the new legislation regarding pegno non possessorio - any day know I am lead to believe and some are suggesting Monday 9th but that is just speculation - the bill has been passed and we are just waiting for it to be released - also believe we have clients and banks waiting and we are good to go once this piece of legislation is released - that on the WL side of the business - we are still waiting for further Vechain funding of 8.5m so possibly could be released at the same time - a mini kracken if you like :)

Another BS post regarding AZ going missing - plenty of pis have had comms with AZ - I presume AZ going missing will be the next line of attack for the detractors - it ridiculous and I suggest you read back over your posts you are starting to sound pathetic and really immature - if you are invested which I doubt very much best to sell up and leave with something no point losing it all - to continue to hold when you think the money will run out and you have zero confidence in the companies survival now that would be really stupid , yet it is you that think all LTH are stupid - we are not as stupid as you think :)

The prospectus from the company which has to meet FCA standards before being released clearly states the company is financially stable until October - are you regulated by FCA Nobby or fist ??? No of course you are not and keep pushing the same line out until you think people will start to believe it - it really is becoming tiresome and repetitive :)

And yet in the same RNS there is absolutely no mention of the 8.5m of which you speak of - we do have a pipeline of 329m not only 50m - it clearly states 50m is the amount that has been reflected by the amount that has been budgeted by Vechain - which to me is the same as saying we have 10m but only using 1.5m for the inaugural IM but we believe the additional 8.5m will be used for further IMs - and now we have further commitment from Vechain to the tune of 50m - beauty is in the eye of the beholder - I guess it’s how you wish to read the RNS which will matter not to anyone other than yourself - we have no control over the sp

It is also very misleading to use the phrase “deliberately “ misleading when to say misleading would be sufficient

It does read that Vechain have pledged a commitment of $50m and syme are compiling a list of suitable clients from its GLOBAL pipeline - it could be clients from each region which would mean we will be operational globally :) imo

1st of all banks would need to invest in new technology and adopt Web3 - banks are not experts in inventory monetisation and are more heavily regulated banks do banking that is their business - if banks were that interested in taking over the market in IM, reverse factoring etc they would have already done it and there would be no falcon group no Taulia , Gordon brothers etc etc also if you were paying attention when AZ gave his master class you will have noted to gain true sale status they would also need to work with stock co as SPVs are seen as financing and not true sale - only syme do what syme offer and have increased the number of cylinders - V8 = vechain 8million :)

Likewise mistergreen you can have all the funding in the world but if you don’t have clients that need servicing it doesn’t go anywhere - the increase in pipeline hopefully will increase the funders appetite and also think WL could also assist in funding - banks using symes platform to service their own clients may also see them taking on (funding ) symes clients once they have confidence after using it successfully themselves - Q1/Q2 is when I hope to see WL take off and before then hopefully web 3 update and second Vechain funded IM :)

Lots of syme staff are promoting the company on LinkedIn - this is very positive in itself - it tells you how they feel about the company they work and they are obviously feeling positive - a happy workforce is a productive workforce and we have doubled the pipeline :)
