To comply with mar rules directors purchases cannot be made within 30 days of a public announcement - AZs 925m shares purchase - order was placed on 27th March annual report due on 28th April :) as CEO AZ should have an idea of the contents of the AR and weather it would be seen as positive or negative - one can’t help but think if it was going to be negative AZ would wait for the next drop to make his purchase and get 925m shares cheaper - traditionally director buys are consider a very positive signal - for me personally I’m looking at AZs purchase as a signal to buy which I intend to do - 2 weeks to top up as much as I can is my own strategy based on my own positivity and how I view the current situation - those are my thoughts and my rationale for those thoughts :)

When savvy says a “big big 2 weeks coming up “ I think he might/could be referring to the Annual Report which is due end of April which would be big news one way or the other - if annual report is negative but is supported by news of WL , further IMs or named funders etc imo this will be big news - negative or positive with PNP considered to be a trigger for WL and now live one would expect news coupled with Tr1 confirming tag purchasing 925m shares and increased activity on symes Vechain accounts this is more positive than negative and although no guarantees it would appear that things of a positive nature are on the horizon :) as always time will tell

A purchase of that size can’t be achieved in one go and takes time to fulfil an order of that size - lots of purchasers going in not only that one - there as not been a single purchase of 925m - there have been regular large purchasers that add up to that amount dating back a fair few weeks :)

Volvie - if you’ve been worried before and you know why - you are worried now without knowing why is because we have not experienced this before - mar rules state “ closed period 30 days before public announcement’s “ order for shares purchase was placed a while ago - not saying it will come in next few weeks but possibly end of month - lots of activity on symes Vechain accounts - PNP now live which paves the way for WL and Italian pipeline ( largest and longest running pipeline ) Vechain further funding 50m - European consortium 5m and joint funding Italian bank and one of the big four 10m including 1st UK client - it could be 1 , 2 or all of the above - positive sentiment is returning something we have not had for a while - naysayers have fallen silent - sp still sucks but at least is going in the right direction - still positive and confident but as always time will tell :)

I think the order to purchase the shares was put in a while ago pre PNP announcement - it’s a difficult one as the ceo of any company will have some idea of timelines as to when the company will make progress - it’s been 3 yrs and at any given time in that 3yrs one could argue the ceo will have had inside info the same could be said for the next 3 yrs - I’m sure AZ will have followed mar rules to suggest otherwise would be pure speculation imo :)

The shares are in exactly the right hands - taken nearly another billion shares off the open market and into sticky hands - we have been asking for ages why directors not been buying now they are we question it ?
Be happy the last two days we’ve seen a 50% rise - PNP live and a director buy in also as Divvyup has pointed out increased activity in symes Vechain accounts :)

Up 19.51% yesterday and 30 % up today ! What’s not to like - we just need a revenue generating RNS and the rise will continue :)

Good news is long over due - we’ve had it tough but now we are entering the delivery phase - a good day at the office me thinks while the best is still yet to come :)

Just to add 19.51% sp increase is far better than than a decrease - the markets see PNP going live as a positive and not a negative :)

We’ve had good news - PNP is now live - this is significant good news :)

I am aware we are not quite there yet but I believe PNP was one of the last hurdles - PNP adds an extra layer of security over the rights of ownership of inventory whilst not in the owners possession - brilliant if your a bank or funder that has funded inventory monetisation - one could be forgiven for thinking the new law has been created for Supply@me - it fits and strengthens our model perfectly - we just need AZ to press the start button :)

All I can say is I feel for those who fell for the deramping scaremongering tactics and sold out at a loss and equally I have utmost respect for those who have endured the torment of this share and held their nerve - I think we are about to be rewarded and witness the revenue generating machine come into play

Divvyup and myself work on the same industrial estate and are both invested and often chat all things syme related - Divvyup is 100% not interested in ramping or deramping or squabbling with anyone - he is genuinely interested in Vechain/blockchain and enjoys researching it - if anything Divvyup aires on the side of caution and is more likely to play it down than up not wishing to mislead or influence anyone - keep posting what you find Divvyup most LTH appreciate the time, effort you put in and appreciate sharing what you find :)

Unicorn - fair comments - being positive is not the same as “ ramping “ I don’t use the phrases ramping or deramping - detractors /naysayers is my preferred description , I could post all the negatives surrounding this investment as many others do but it wouldn’t tell the whole story and would lead to an echo chamber of misery and depression .
A good start to Q2 would be the 50m Vechain funding including 1 UK client - it would add further proof of concept and prove we are not a one trip pony - I would obviously like to see all funding streams in play traditional , WL , self funding and CB , would also like to see the full Italian tranche in one go completed :)
Buy back of TFC will bring in much needed revenue and buy us more time , the potential here is still the same as when I 1st invested in fact more so as more funding streams have been added , no one is happy with the sp and being down on their investment and sp won’t move much at all until we see significant revenues so I choose to remain positive remain invested and wait for RNSs to show progress - we all know the history to date shenanigans in play - suspension - missed deadlines etc etc - it’s like a cream egg - how do you eat yours lol
We will all interpret news and views differently but only time and revenue generated will determine if we got this right or not - I choose to be positive as it works for me others maybe angry , fed up , annoyed , anxious etc etc however we choose to play it will not have any impact on company performance or sp - best wishes to all invested :)

A nice 50m Vechain Easter egg would be a cracking start to 2nd Q :)

I hope he holds off until you’ve made your purchase :) it’s likely that a few will be adding due to the new allowance - if news is timed right it could be a very good start to 2nd Q :)
