As you stated Lucky - TFC has not been fully paid for and the original price tag was performance related so adjustments in the buy back will be required

Good point luckybob - in any event syme will get their money back and we don’t know the TFC numbers as of yet - again we will have to wait and see - TJ & JC still running TFC and have not completely jumped ship and their resignations as directors may have been forced - we will have to wait and see how the market reacts next week or hopefully we will get the RNS we were hoping for - so many twists and turns it’s mind blowing - no one knows the final outcome we are all just speculating and can only make our own judgements on how we interpret the news released - stay lucky :)

Cookie - only people who seemed to be obsessed with savvy and myself are the detractors no one should be investing and relying on info from myself, savvy or anyone for that matter - I post as I see things given at the time and in a polite manner and have no interest in squabbling with those who have the mind of a child :)
After reading the RNS several times and allowing for the info to sink in - at the request of another detractor - Johnbri - here are my thoughts :)

It was common knowledge that TJ was spotted in London on the day of the last AGM but did not attend the AGM in person , it was RNSd that the company was reviewing the relationship with TFC - the signs were there that things were not going well so although not the RNS we were hoping for it wasn’t totally unexpected - TJ & JC want to buy back 100% of TFC weather they can get the funds to do so is another matter - for now TFC belongs to syme and both TJ & JC will still be running the day to day business - TFC have not performed as well as we thought they would - other entities such as DP cargoes may also be interested in TFC

Alexandra Galligan ‘s appointment may also be proven to be a timely appointment and I do not believe she would have climbed aboard a sinking ship - markets traditionally over react to news of this nature and we will have to see Monday if we bounce back or not.

No doubt having to deal with this situation will have impacted on progress with IMs and the next RNS needs to be a bloody good one - on balance it’s the right call to make with TFC and syme will either hold on to the business or have a 25m plus injection of cash so my view is although it sounds negative it could yet to be proved to be positive - no knee jerk reaction from me I’ll just hold and wait for the next RNS and take absolutely no attention to the detractors :)

Magpies - I agree and not getting too carried away - for me personally it’s just a reminder this will move with positive news - it’s been stagnant of late so to see a 26.32% increase was great even if only for a day :)

No news and a rise of 26.32% :) with news !!! :)

PNP regulation is rumoured to start this Thursday maybe explain 26.32% increase possibly finish blue every day this week - we will see - below taken from end of year trading update - would be nice to see WL up and running and 2 IMs just for starters :)

Furthermore, the Company believes the new PNP Regulation, which is expected to be published shortly in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic, will provide opportunities to commence its white-label business model. The PNP Regulation will, for the first time in Italy, introduce the concept of "security interest" (a concept widely adopted across Europe and the UK) into Italian law, and allow entrepreneurs to access the financing of their inventory more easily, without having to sell, transform or otherwise dispose of their business assets.

Standonkin - completely agree todays 26.32% rise was totally unexpected but very much welcomed - lots of stocks down today but syme seems to have bucked the trend - a small rise would normally go unnoticed but a 26.32 % rise hopefully means someone knows something and news is on its way - hopefully we will see sentiment return based on news and revenue generated

Well written article that AZ himself has reposted on LinkedIn wanting as many people as possible to see it - one would not want all the eyes of the world focussing on a scam or a failure - it’s all coming together and people just need to ignore the detractors - in the long run they will all be proven WRONG every single one of them :)

Apparently so but it will be a short guest appearance he’s fooling no one - they are all making comebacks - castle rosi nobby Danny etc etc bashing a penny stock co before it’s barely got going - then when they run out of ideas they start to bash shareholders - yet reckon they have no agenda !!! :)

All good here Johnbri - what difference would it make to you personally if I hold or sold ? None - I don’t tell people to buy or sell as it has no impact on me personally :)

So you want to cast doubt as to my honesty - I’ve held syme shares for nearly 3 yrs :)
You can buy it or not the FACT remains I am well and truly invested and attended the AGM where if you watch it I ask a couple of questions :)
The pipeline and 1st IM tells a different story which is also factual :)

We will see Lex only time will tell - we sit at opposite ends of the table - I am very confident that AZ will deliver so much so I do not feel it necessary to make it personal - you on the other hand :)

The positive and patient posters will not be losing :)
