Did I mention BOTH CB & FB are still ongoing initiatives securing funding for the future :)

o Captive bank: the Company has been advised by its key shareholder the AvantGarde Group S.p.A. ("TAG"), that the initiative is still active. Specifically, TAG, together with its partners, is evaluating an investment into a wider European license which would not focus solely on the Italian jurisdiction. This initiative is still in progress and SYME will provide further updates via RNS as and when it is appropriate for it to do so; and

o Fintech bank: as per the RNS on 29 June 2021 where the Company updated its captive funding strategy to include the possibility of a direct investment into a fintech bank owned by an Italian banking group, the commercial sensitivities and legal complexities meant that the Company was not always able to update investors regarding such initiatives. The term sheet between the parties has expired, and, in light of the economic environment described above, the Company is continuing to assess the benefits for its business and shareholders and remains in discussion with the Italian banking group regarding a new potential agreement, whilst continuing to evaluate similar opportunities which the market can offer.

SYME is currently working with:

· an Italian bank and a Big 4 accountancy firm to secure an IM transaction with an IM value of up to €10m, which involves an existing client of the relevant Italian bank; and

· a consortium of European investors for a securitisation issuance to fund an IM transaction with an IM value of up to €5m, which will involve at least one Italian and one UK client company.

I also quite like the sound of this - others in process of being arranged :)

SYME's focus remains on maintaining, growing and converting the pipeline, whilst attracting new Inventory Funders, starting from smaller ticket IM transactions, to build a track-record, and then moving to larger ticket IM transactions. In 2023, the Company intends to conclude the project started with a Big 4 consultancy firm aimed at conducting a dedicated assessment regarding the application of the IM framework under the US GAAP.

In parallel, leveraging the partnership with Anthony Brown, consulting company Epicirean Brands and The Trade Advisory, SYME continues to engage with specific potential Inventory Funders and white-label partners on how best to structure the first IM transaction in US.

Not looking to engage or argue the toss with anyone -but your stating the obvious - my corner shop would go out of business without generating revenue as would any company - we have enough to keep us going till October and we don’t know as yet what business has been done TFC DD etc nor do we know when next IM will be or when WL will commence - it could come tomorrow - probably won’t but none of us know do we :)

GM reacted to trolls stalking him on Twitter and goading him on here - the two main culprits ironically have also been banned - GM is in TG groups and is doing well and topping up when he can - he is in a good place atm so leave him be - he’s not on here any more so no need to discuss him is there ….

Worth remembering and pause for a minute and think all investors have lives and families outside of investing - some in TG groups have lost loved ones and some have terminal illnesses and a whole range of health issues in between - when goading someone remember we are just ordinary people trying to improve our lives and might not be in a good place mentally for other reasons - last thing people need or deserve us some idiot posting on a penny share their not invested in targeting individuals with no concern or care for how that individual might be feeling - think on :)

I personally don’t think so - second Q is my best estimation - we’ve waited long enough so far and once pipeline reaches 500m I think we will see a big 1st Italian trance of IMs - Vechain 8.5m , 5m European consortium and 10m joint venture with bank could come 1st not massive amounts but further IMs nonetheless - Captive bank still in play and is one of the companies top priorities - it will guarantee funding for the future - still long and strong for me and a good opportunity to top up and average down :)

Nowhere near GM - I have just under 12m and looking to get to 15m in next few weeks :)

Just got 899,000 for £485 and reduced my average to .224 still got a few more purchases to get my average down to .20 or below - think I’ll be in profit middle of next Q :)

It’s been stirring for a while - the 500m I think you will find is a transfer :)
Johnbri - as a LTH I check this bb daily and have not found it necessary to post all day every day without anything new to discuss - I checked tonight and replied to Juno nothing sinister or underhand - don’t judge others by your own low standards :)

On the brink of success me thinks - topped up last week and topping up tomorrow - getting my average down to .20 or just below and sp is good for me to make it possible so I will be executing my right to remain positive and take advantage of the low sp while I still can - lower the average soonest in profit :)

At the time FRC looked at symes model ( 2021 ) syme were using SPVs to facilitate the transactions - this was viewed as financing - syme have now moved to stock co :)

Lol still holding long and strong and genuinely topped up yesterday £500 worth - don’t feel sorry for me Luton I will be absolutely fine which ever way this goes - I have my mind and my hands my own business and will just crack on and wait for my 3 yr from 1st IM investment to mature - you crack on with all the other scare mongers stalking a bb of a start up penny stock company which you have no investment in yet you chose to waste your time in here - I’m relaxed about my investment and don’t feel the need to constantly post - we are all waiting for the next bit of news until then there is very little to discuss that’s not already been discussed a 1000 times over - so why not trot along and try and get a life :)

1st IM is also a 3yr contract generating revenue annually also client was from the Italian pipeline to prove concept before PNP became law - we are now ready to service clients :)

Website ****e or not it’s all about delivery and timing - 1st IM had to come before PNP to prove concept and show we are ready - its not coincidental that the 1st client to IM was chosen from the Italian pipeline - the largest and longest running pipeline :)

The PNP Regulation will, for the first time in Italy, introduce the concept of "security interest" (a concept widely adopted across Europe and the UK) into Italian law, and allow entrepreneurs to access financing of their inventory more easily, without having to sell, transform or otherwise dispose of their business assets. In parallel to the PNP Regulation, the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) will operate a digital ledger for the registration and keeping of pledges. As a result, all the operations relating to such pledges can be carried out swiftly and electronically (including, but not limited to, registration, consultation by anyone, modification, renewal and cancellation).
Notably, the PNP Regulation is expected to allow operators in the Italian manufacturing and industrial sectors to attract investments aimed at divesting and/or financing their own inventory. While for banks and investors, the PNP Regulation will facilitate the effective exercise of the rights of secured creditors, aligning the effectiveness of the enforceability of the movable pledge with the best practices already adopted in other countries.
As stated in the Year-end Business Update of 20 January 2023, the PNP regulation is expected to provide greater opportunities for Italian banks to adopt the Platform for use under white-label agreements and further enhance the security available to the Inventory Funders in traditional IM transactions.
Furthermore, it is expected that the PNP Regulation will create additional opportunities for traditional Inventory Funders to invest in IM transactions in light of the proposed improvements to the legal enforceability of guarantees over the inventory, through the arrangement of self-funding and/or white-label agreements, which leverage the Platform.
