Last AGM as far as I remember there was no talk of Billy big balls it’s not my thing - most of the Billy big balls talk was from those who did not attend - great if you attend and speak your mind but also accept if you want answers to your questions don’t rely on others to ask them on your behalf and criticise those who took time off work and had the expense of travelling to AGM - I will also be attending this year and won’t be talking Billy big balls - I think as many people as possible should attend 👏🏼

I read all/most posts on here and also in 5 TG I’m in - it’s very hard to avoid the negativity and whilst accept the criticism and for sure it’s been a tough journey so far , I also appreciate most have a different outlook to myself and no I don’t think it’s all rosey , I very rarely post on here anymore as some just want to argue or go over the same points that have been raised a 1000 times by as many different people , I don’t get paid to post - it’s good to have balance and different views and opinions so long as we all agree that’s all they are views and opinions - looking back to 8b and lots of other things that were said I also

accept I/we invested in a fintech penny start up with absolutely no proof of concept and no revenue generated - a very risky investment - I took on the risk and I will accept the gains or the losses - there are far more negative posts than positive posts such is the sentiment but it serves no purpose for this or any other bb to be solely one way or the other - I don’t get personal or abusive and accept everyone has the right to feel how they feel and post accordingly 🙏

Jemimi - what you are saying is pure speculation with absolutely no evidence to back it up 2+2 = 5 ..right

Another speculation is AZ has used RTOP listing money to invest in CH trading hub which in turn will support IMs again this is just speculation with nothing to back it up - when no one knows what’s happening rather than speculate I often find it’s better to wait and see - we do know as per RNS AZ along with other investors has a non controlling interest in CH trading hub acting as equity provider - given that bpm WL 85% funding is coming from the bank with 15% coming from CH trading hub it more supports the speculation that AZ is supporting IMs - but let’s wait and see how it all pans out before spitting dummy’s out 😉😂

Still here Juno and as Luton says another couple of years before I do anything - it’s only just a month since WL with bpm - I’ve no idea how long these things take but given that bpm gave syme €1m loan to develop the platform that they wish to us I’m feeling confident it’s only a matter of time before we get confirmation of WL completion - before anyone says it’s nearly four years it’s not as far as WL is concerned it wasn’t even on the agenda when most of us invested - sp only matters if you want to sell or top up - purchased 2m more shares over past 3 weeks and got my average down from .156 to .143 - some speculate the sp is being held down as the settlement with DW is related to sp - it suits AZ if he is currently clearing his debt - I don’t know if that’s true or not - I do believe once WL has been confirmed it will signal the start of the sp recovery - given that AZ is also acting as equity provided to assist with the 1st WL (1.5m) and banco bpm 8.5m and CH trading hub is up and running I’m sure we will not only hear about WL but also 100m NFTs to start servicing our existing pipeline - just got to hold 👍😉

Bpm - will initially service its own clients but there’s nothing to stop them servicing non bpm clients - this is where it could get interesting - how long will other banks hold off and watch bpm get a strong foothold and competitive advantage in the market before jumping in - not long imo

We are waiting for the 1st WL to be confirmed as complete - this is the 1st WL deal with the 1st 10m - this is the 1st bank others will follow and this is also the 1st 10m other 10millions will also follow 😀

Similarly- CH trading hub is sourcing 100m NFTs from crypto asset fund managers - this will be the 1st 100m other 100millions will also follow - it’s been a flat winding road that hopefully will straighten out and start to climb 🧗 🤞🙏

Negative speculation - we do know AZ needs to arrange alternative funding but we don’t know if it will be in the form of CLNs or placing - we also know that AZ has invested in SFE to assist the 1st WL IM - there are many ways AZ can raise funds without CLNs or a placing 😉
