The WL deal is not a stand alone deal (one off ) the tier one bank will have 1000s of clients - the 1st transaction is 10m from 1-2 clients 😉 WL is monumental and I think all symes efforts have been focussing on WL such is the magnitude of it - the whole financial services sector will be watching - at AGM AZ stated they were in discussions with 3 banks and this is only in Italy 😉

This will also be big news for the tier one bank - the 1st ever bank to offer off balance sheet inventory monetisation - others will follow and in other geographies 👏🏼

Vechain is not off but Vechain have their own road map that they are working too - AZ been busy on symes vechain account so we are still working with vechain 😉

CH hub should also be close with upto 100m NFTs think we will be getting an update on that shortly too as per last RNS

Best wishes to you too MG and all , I’m incline to agree with regards to WL it could be significant but we will be dependant on banks to push it to their clients - symes model is not/should not be based on one funding stream and it will require news on multiple fronts to not only increase the sp but for it to also hold instead of retracing as in the past, it will also require more frequent IMs for sp to keep rising , I won’t give up hoping for news in 2023 until it becomes 2024 😂😂 then I’ll do what I’ve always done hang on until news does come 🙏

Absolutely not but there is very little anyone can do but either sell at a loss or wait it out - hold or fold - most holding because ultimately they think it will come good just the time it’s taking is weighing heavy - pretty much the same things are being said in TG as are on here some angry some switch off some sell up and move on and some wait patiently - lots of cussing and swearing but the difference all have a financial interest in syme 😉

I also know of two others that have just shy of 1m and 450,000 invested that were not at the AGM - again all speculation with nothing to back any of it up - one of the TG I’m in we all had to prove our holding - there are some hefty holders ( I’m not one of them sadly 😂) but to suggest there are no large holders is simply false and misleading

The million dollar question which no one can answer - not a scooby doo what’s going on inside AZs bonce - probably a 1001 things all at the same time - hopefully AZ will answer that question in the form of delivery 🙏👍

Well well I never thought I would see the day when TW would change his long standing stance with syme - he will be covering his back for when AZ finally gets us going TW will be spouting he called it right 🤭 would love to hear views about TW changing his stance from the naysayers 😉

I’m not playing devils advocate I simply don’t believe it would be as simple as you make out it would be - if you have all the proof and Nasdaq and pledge to buy shares is so easy to prove do it go for it no one is trying to stop you - lots have talked about it in TGs but to date nothing has come of it - at the end of every RNS there is a paragraph that basically says the info at the time was factually correct - it won’t only be AZ the whole team will be complicit in any wrong doing if there is any - RNS allowed the Nasdaq statement and it was a feasibility study a court of law would have no issue with a company carrying out a feasibility study for future plans - if anyone wants to persue AZ /syme through court action and are serious about it posting on here their intentions could jeopardise their case imo

In any event it wouldn’t help you and I get our money back and would only lead to further delays/damage or the final nail in the coffin - suspension - only way we will get our money back is if AZ starts to deliver imo

And what if AZ can prove the things he stated were true but funders pulled out or moved goal posts

Nasdaq statement may have been driven by Anthony Brown and at a time when AZ thought things were about to happen

The bank purchase if it was going to happen again could have been via a raise/shares we simply do not know everything going off in the background

TFC was independently valued - as it turns out way over valued but if all the paperwork is there to support the independent valuation all is in order

Again we are speculating on who has traded the shares without proof

Loan share deal was made to generate cash to allow AZ to takeover syme - it may have been his only option and not illegal for him to do so

They may well look at AZs and tags nominee accounts assuming there are some and if all is above board - no problem

It’s taken me 5 mins to give quick plausible explanation/answers and I maybe naïve but a defence barrister wouldn’t be - there’s so many ifs and buts based on speculation imo
