Personally don’t think legal action would achieve anything other than negativity - any evidence is purely circumstantial - harsh reality is most of us bought into a company with absolutely no poc and no revenue generated - personally I think it’s all part of the risk we take when investing even more so when it’s a fintech penny start up - just my own personal opinion and I’m sure others may see it differently

To be honest I’m not sure what to think - over a 1000 trades and a lot in a similar price range - some think it’s ii selling of in tranches which it could be but it’s a hell of a lot of shares for pi’s to be buying in those amounts - maybe some moving money around whoever is selling they are not struggling to find homes for those shares so someone is buying - if we get the “ imminent “ news of WL Swiss hub and vechain as per latest RNS soon I think things will become more clear and it will look like someone’s loaded up on the cheap - like I said can’t see it being pi’s buying in those quantities - still positive we will get there it’s been a tough journey hopefully the road in front off us is less bumpy 🤞🙏

Only AZ can control the sp by way of delivery and generating revenue - sp is where it’s at because of lack of delivery and lack of revenue generated - only a handful of people come on here now anything posted positively or negatively will have zero affect on sp - there’s been absolutely no ramping and far more negative posts than positive posts of late - infact if anyone invests solely on reading posts on here then they really are stupid as it’s been mainly negative posts - anyway off to bed got work tomorrow

True sale status already exists - look at falcon group they’ve been doing it for a few years but only deal with large corporates syme is the only company to offer it to SMEs - Tony Brown corrected me on a post I put on LinkedIn when I stated symes was the very 1st of its kind IM with true sale status - Tony Brown informed me of Falcon group and others that were already offering it - I corrected my post and changed it accordingly to reflect that symes 1st of its kind IM was because it’s client was a SMEs this proved to be acceptable to TB - everyone accepts 3 x IMs have been successfully completed and 3 companies have already benefitted via symes model - lets hope there are more unless you wish to see syme fail for whatever reason

I think it’s the dishonesty people don’t like when self proclaimed detractors admit they are detractors it doesn’t wash well with some - it’s easy to say you were right when things are not going well or after the event - you once stated in your opinion IMs would never happen - they did x 3 - if you want people to believe your knowledgeable and right tell us what you think will happen over the next 3 months and we can compare your predictions with what actually happens instead of you just coming out when there is bad news to stick the knife in

Your wrong Holly - I can’t speak on behalf of others I’ve said it on many occasions - I am not frightened by what you and others post as it will makes absolutely no difference to the outcome - syme will not fail or succeed because of us posting on here - syme either has a viable business or it doesn’t - please stop accusing me of deleting posts - I often respond with my own opinions and my posts are also removed - incidentally it was Rosie and castle who started having posts removed but you didn’t complain about it then - we have all had posts removed at one time or another it really is not my thing

Luckybob - if you think about it the warrants have been transferred and whoever has them has the opportunity to exercise the warrants at a later date when the sp is higher than there value and it’s not cost them a penny for this opportunity it also does not stop them buying in now

Richreduk - Mercator never executed the warrants as far as we know therefore they won’t have parted with any money for them so they should be on their balance sheet and no loss has occurred - imo Mercator have transferred the rights to the warrants to a third party - the 3rd party may wish to execute the warrants and I’m sure we will here if they do 🤷‍♂️

Short answer no - it would only be speculation we simply do not have all the info at hand and would be guessing - with regards to tag backing syme till 2025 it matters not the details the fact still remains however you look at it syme will still be around in 2025 with plenty of time to deliver and scale 👍

Absolutely nothing wrong with doing a feasibility study and finding out what the criteria is and how it could be achieved- planning ahead is not wrong doing - we have absolutely no idea what negotiations have been going on past or present - I dare say AZ will have thought we would be further on than we actually are and when the feasibility study was carried out AZ may of been on the brink of something big happening which never materialised- we have a small % of news in the form of RNSs there will be far more going on in the background than we know - speculation of wrong doing scam fraud conned etc etc will not help anyone get their money back and is much more likely to hinder than help imo but absolutely nothing wrong with a good old fashioned moan 👍

Whilst I don’t disagree with most of what you say and you make your point well any wrong doing would have to be intentional of which there is no proof only speculation - if it was as Clearcut and as obvious as you suggest something would be done about it - I agree it’s been tough for AZ and he’s caught between a rock and a hard place - he needs to keep iis happy Pis happy whilst keeping the lights on and trying to get funders to to throw millions at IMs - we need to be reminded this is a fintech start up penny share with huge potential that was never going to happen overnight - a huge gamble - realistically think about it although it sounds harsh the reality is most who are 80/90% down went in heavy at the start with absolutely no proof of concept - a very risky thing to do - it sounds stupid when you look back but it’s crystal clear now just what a risk it was to put so much money into a fintech start up with great potential but actually zero poc irrespective of what anyone was saying ceo or people on here pro- Active etc etc the risk was always there without poc fact - it is a risky business investing which is also fact - most of us are down another fact - some of us accept the risks which can lead to incredible rewards or zilch !!

We have to own our mistakes and accept the risks we take with our money we will also celebrate and take credit for our gains it’s how it works - we have backing to keep the lights on until 2025 and personally I’m happy to tough it out and wait for my reward should there be one - we now have poc and await the next chapter 😀
