I think a lot are following the herd of negativity into the land of depression and anyone thinking an EGM will be the miracle cure is sadly mistaken - if anything it can only serve to compound your losses and could possibly jeopardise present and future deals - I can see why some are calling for it , those who pretend to be invested and on side of LTH but are clearly here to cast doubt and disrupt - 😉

We all know where we are and we have been recently updated with meetings with bpm scheduled for April, RNS should follow any meeting with bpm - we also have heard progress has been made on all other streams - it’s only the 12 th April - sp still low still time to top up and average down if you believe in the model and believe AZ will deliver - if you 100% don’t believe the aforementioned - sell up and leave with something , bye bye Bon voyage and good luck in all that you do 😀😉

This statement has never been able to be made before because of DW and the charge - nothing hanging over AZ and tag now and we can start moving forward AZ is 100% beneficiary of all that tag and ultimately syme do 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Tag have no money 💰 🤔

I should think again if I were you - tag are perusing legal options to allow repayment of loans 😉

With regards to the HWCP Loan and the SLS Loan, TAG has updated the Company that it has applied the loan repayment procedures set out in the contracts with the respective Lenders. TAG has also informed the Company that it has not yet received the required engagement from the Lenders of the HWCP Loan or the SLS Loan. As a result TAG is currently pursuing legal options to allow for the required loan repayments to be made by them and for the SYME shares that were transferred as loan security for the HWCP Loan and the SLS Loan to be transferred back to TAG.

Luckybob - I’m inclined to agree - why would AZ buy shares back when he could buy more for less at current sp value it doesn’t make any sense - loan shares are long gone imo and are not worth discussing or at least not giving them any weight

Above all else AZ is a business man and will want the company to succeed - he will put the company before shareholders , personally I don’t think he is devious or conniving he’s just struggled to deliver as yet , my post read some would have us believe he is slippery and conniving - I think he’s trying is best and had to take different routes - I believe he will get us there and deliver 🤞🙏

1. I am sort of ok after 4 yrs as I have a 3yr plan from 1st IM - sp doesn’t matter to me much personally until I want to sell - obviously we would all like to be in profit whilst holding - I have bought all the way down and in doing so got my average down 👍

2. I don’t think we will get four yrs of lies and will have to wait to find out - one could argue that if AZ played it any other way we may have gone bust already - instead we are still in with a chance 🤞

3. I do think AZ is the right man for the job - if he is as slippery and caniving as some would have you believe, I think he has all the qualities needed to make this work 🙏

4. It’s difficult to trust any RNSs 100% when you look at what’s been in the RNSs and what’s been delivered 🤦‍♂️

And then you spoil it by getting personal and calling people “ happy clappers “ as I stated earlier no one can be happy but you either believe in the team , the model and that it will come good or you fold 🤷‍♂️ you won’t make any difference whatsoever coming on day in day out saying the same thing - most LTHs have heard it a 1000 times already across most TG s as well as on here - no happy clappers lately in fact there are more negative posts than positive ones !!!

jemini - you might think its crap but the fact is we ain’t actually got started yet - couple of poc ims generating revenue which is hardly worth mentioning - no one can be or should be happy with the current situation however we are where we are and hopefully wl bpm will be confirmed by the end of the month - i don’t think anyone thinks investing is easy , if it was no one would be working and we would all be millionaires and we wouldn’t be on here complaining and posting - i’m not sure i would agree that it’s been a shambles given that most of us invested before poc and invested in one of the highest risk stocks - a penny fintech start up with absolutely no poc or revenue generated - very high risk high reward - we all have to deal with it in our own way and - syme are not on their own - most shares are under performing and the whole stock market is on its **** at the moment - sure you will get a few out of 1000s that will have a good run but few and far between - may take a few more years yet and that’s not ramping or deramping it’s being realistic!!
