Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there 👍

I did attend the funeral of a fellow syme investor - he was in the same TG as myself and Steve Ward - we didn’t always agree but think we had a mutual respect for each other and when I found out Steve Ward was going I asked him to pick me up on route - I thought it was the right thing to do and he had been in syme from the start - long enough for me to feel like I knew him without ever meeting him - same on here I guess a lot of us been in from the start and although it’s been heated at times I think we are all weary and understand it’s none of our faults where we are and the bigger picture is we won’t make a difference to the outcome.

with regards to ramping i guess some of my past posts have been unintentionally rampy - i’ve never posted to try and attract anyone in - i never post an opinion as i’m not qualified to give investing advice - i’ve stated on numerous occasions syme is my only investment and i’m a novice and i never predict what the share price could be - i’m not rude to anyone - extrader - analyser or anyone else for that matter - i read all but have not been posting much of late as there simply is nothing new to discuss imo that hasn’t already been discussed to death - so i just sit and wait for further news from the company and no doubt will comment when we get some news - it’s been a tough hold for sure with many people coming and going all offering opinions - i read them all and welcome them all it creates a balanced board - i have no animosity towards anyone and not really interested in ****ging off people i’ve never met - i’m sure we are all decent people but throw in money and stress we can all say things we don’t mean or might later regret - anyway good luck to all 🙏

Being called a ramper and a liar are two completely separate issues - there are plenty of things you can call me out for - getting things wrong , being a novice , being confident and remaining positive when the popular call would be to jump on the bandwagon and post negative posts - no one knows how this will play out and it could be like the tortoise and the hare - the hare speeds off so positive of winning and just like the negatives it all seems to be going so well until the hare gets over confident and thinks no way the tortoise will win - we know how that ended - let’s leave the personal insults and attacks and save them for the AGM - see you there 👍

With regards to toning it down a bit - I’m in 5 TGs and don’t think the members of the TG will say I’m quiet 🤫

Steve Ward - 100% accurate self portrait of oneself regarding syme 👏🏼👏🏼been in from the start both positive and negative but always genuine honesty - and 100% went against the grain with many heated debates on TGs - don’t always agree but we all have our own personalities , views , opinions and theories etc , we should have at least common decency to respectfully disagree with opinions whilst still being respectful to the poster - challenge the post not the poster imo 👍

No change in my attitude towards syme - just pointing out that some want you to believe syme is worth sweet FA but then in the next breath someone might be interested in buying syme 😂 all speculation 😉

We’ve come from symes not got a worthwhile business and a history of missed deadlines and no significant revenue generated to now they may be voluntary delisting because someone might be interested in buying it - 😂😂😂 it’s either worth something or it’s not 😉

There could well be some truth to RNSs re Nasdaq and pledges and however unsavoury they might be so long as we benefit from it eventually I’ll take it - AZ and partners are always going to be at the front of the queue and get their rewards long before we do - we are just discussing it atm in TG - loaned shares and is it best for AZ lower sp or if he needs to sell some of his shares to settle a higher sp might be better 🤷‍♂️

I agree LB - but again we don’t know the reasons the aforementioned did not materialise - stormharbour went bust - we may have had funders who were interested at one time only to find out regulations prevented them - look how long it’s taking WL AZ and team have been working on it for a year before it was RNSd and we are still waiting for it , financial sector is very strict and hard enough to navigate through at the best of times without introducing a new asset class - AZ may have been over confident and over egged it at times but we can’t prove he has lied 🤷‍♂️

All listed companies use other people’s money it’s why they list it’s what we’ve bought into - I have a list of questions to put to AZ the 1st being Nuburu and why especially as it left syme exposed without funding , I would like to know the reasons for this decision and how LTH will benefit from it - I’m not so much bothered about the past as it’s gone and there’s nothing we can do about it , I want to know the plans for moving forwards and when will we see significant revenue generated 🤞🙏

just for balance - some would say the naïve investors are those who thought they would become rich overnight by investing in a penny fintech start up with no poc and absolutely no revenue generated or think because of none delivery and awful sp means ceo has lied 🤥

personally i don’t know if az has lied or not it’s been discussed in tgs at length - if az has lied it’s market manipulation and illegal and must be proven - some say it can’t be proven so it’s unclear if az has 100% lied or not , i don’t know if he has or not and without proof other than the sp been on its **** it’s just unsubstantiated accusations - if you look at other shares -maru , prem , copl and many other shares where investors are disgruntled there are accusations of ceos lying - the common theme with all these including syme are lack of delivery !!

on the other hand - if sp wasn’t where it is and all shareholders where in profit i doubt weather anyone would interested in lies or not 🤷‍♂️

i can understand the frustration and anger i can also see the reasons why people might think az has lied but the clue is there , they “ think “ he’s lied but they don’t know he’s lied and for me this is where i will wait until it’s proven before i call someone a liar - it’s only my opinion and i realise it’s the negative posts that are top of the popularity rankings at the moment but hopefully not for long 🙏🤞

Syme is a UK listed company so AGM has to be held in UK - it’s not as dire as you might think - a lot of genuine share holders meet up for a coffee and a chat before AGM and go for a pub lunch and a beer after - some very funny characters from all walks of life , the meeting up of shareholders is actually better than the AGM 😀👍

AZ will be attending AGM this year , I’ve asked and his reply was “sure “ also said he will answer any questions 😀

AGM is a professional event and legal requirement, most attendees behave responsibly and respectfully and I’m sure AZ and BOD are expecting some difficult questions they are probably also expecting it to be the same as previous AGMs where the most vocal shareholders don’t turn up 😉😂

Proof of holding - contact your broker or syme once AGM is announced and you will receive details of what documentation you will need to bring 👍

Amy and Alexandra did attend - I was referring to proper shareholders not those who bought to pacify genuine shareholder 😉
