with this sort of drop in the housing sales sector do you think we are looking at a market crash pre- cursor?

cant see where this is going.....
looks useful as you dont need to buy cutting tools cnc machine cating equipment and other software....
however....not sure what the software runs tooo, the sinter material costs or the weight and tensile strength is ?

The wetherspoons of butchers did make me laugh even if the price this morning didn't.,,,,,,

I think there is a bargain to be had and the major shareholder can inject cash before dilution to top up coffers if need be.......question is how long does it take to correct the losses not just revenue.....I know takings are down and drowth isn't as expected but is it something that will come from within rather than top down.......because with this summer..........if you haven't had people in the shops and bars and diners then it will never happen.......I just wonder if there needs to be small revolution...like a part bakers/butchers......(not in a GREGGS way) but a place where perhaps custom from one side feeds the other......I dont know....enough of my mad ideas on how to pick up customers and get repeat custom.......fresh bread and rolls and cobs or batches and deliveries over 40 quid.....for a price of course......it certainly made mincemeat of what I was expecting this week.....

appears to be no the verge of "ultra modern" metal parts manufacture? I didn't even believe metal printing was possible but there you go, shows I dont read the journals' that much.....

I dont know. the time I went to their butchers it didn't have that much in the way of advertising the offers outside the shop to draw people in......the advertising was inside.
but the last comment in the rns was footfall and weather...this time its shop overheads......as I say perhaps delivery on over 40 spend is an answer......give me convenience or shut up shop.....

if you look back to the rns from early 17 you will find it.

at the moment I think there ok until at least Christmas..it was spring iirc..thing is they have a option to "buy in" with major share holder at 15p per share.......for upto 25%.... so there is more capital available than via dilution long term......it was a sensible move....to buy breathing space....at least at 7.5 times leverage that "would" be raised by dilution....

as I said its truly ridiculous.
I do wonder with meat being THE expensive shopping ingredient if deliveries as an option are the answer.
you could do your shop at aldi and have the better meat delivered? I am sure some will pick it up on their way home each evening but I tend to shop for 2 weeks and freeze it.......just but the veg fresh.
what a sad level its reached tbh.....I only hope somebody has the sense to identify where the profit and or waste is is....not the turnover/footfall....repeat customers is key with shops not just a new fad and bang...gone....

I certainly think aldi meat isn't up to much. as far as supermarkets only asda seems to have the choice and variety in supermarkets. the others pre packaging is limiting. aldi is not a place to buy meats from choice however some people have said avoid butchers as they are too expensive! so maybe the people who comment are too cheap to use it! but I think it is under-priced. states that staff think they have identified the problem in the statement, lets hope it being ran in a way that doesn't use aldi as the baseline........because their meat is pretty dire on choice.....you only have to look at shelf area given to chilled meats and the variety in the packaging to realise one size doesn't fit all, same with Tesco and their packaging.......but then asda being associated diaries background I would guess they have the experience of knowing 1 person or a couple or 1, 2 or large families are the option.
Sainsbury's is usually my yardstick....but there's the rabbit for you, others said they would buy from a butcher. or couldn't if they dont live near one. they did seem to have much better deals than an average high street butcher.
as I said if asda/Sainsbury's can make deliveries pay and floor space ad shop overheads are so bad maybe that's the answer.
I just hope it isn't run down until there is a takeover......

well they cannot blame poor weather this time as a basis for it. perhaps the high street butchers were more of a contributor than they knew?

I do think the positive news being not too far away is the biggest pointer. The refinancing was carried out from a position of weakness in the spring and the breathing space will allow the sector (particularly after Carillion) and brexit to play out, debt reduction is important as is the companies ability to issue corporate bonds it wont default on .
However I think the firm is positioning itself to negotiate its terms in a couple of years from a much more favourable footing. Dilutions at this SP compared to turnover would effectively not gain them much in the coffers. To be honest I mentioned Crawford butchers as an example before, they ended up with a cash rich partner "buying in" for 25% liquidity at 5 times asking price with the option to buy another 25% in the future. In the long term it looks much smarter than a dilution. I dont know if a takeover, partial sell off, a cash rich partner or being able to streamline and examine their working for more profitability is an answer. I do think though that the investors are still scarred from the bad news of the spring and as the confidence returns so will the SP to a more meaningful level. I never forget working for a firm that would not pay for at least 90 days on receipt of an invoice....they sent loads of small firms bust......if interserve operate that type of policy to get themselves out of it they might be able to right debt off as smaller firms go to the wall and delayed payments mean the contractors move on and on......just a thought.......
I wouldn't worry too much I DONT THINK the 1.20p price was just the bounce...I reckon it will be above that before this time next year.

What I am not doing is making myself very clear:
I think it would be very easy to make 20 or 30% here in the short term, however I think the time this moves back up to around and above the 1.20 mark might be easily missed. The bank holiday and just after being a usual point.
I wouldn't want to be selling trying to get my 20% on short term swings.....and miss the jump above 1.20......no matter who or what the brokers name is above the door. IMHO

I think what is happening is that as a few agreed on the share price is an unrealistic level, however there will be inertia as it hits a price level 60, 65, 70 etc. ,but the volume isn't really there at the moment and I think this is smart personal investors getting in for the long term whilst its quiet. Once it breaks to above the 120 level continuously then it will start to climb and (in my opinion) that is really the lower end of the price range it should be at now.
If your prepared to wait I think there is real value in this and getting in now.
As I said before there is little volume this week but then it is a bank holiday week. But a target price of less than 120 is (in my opinion) looking at short term swings and brokers targets of 63p etc earlier in this month have already been passed today.......I think it will more likely be inertia. I AIM TO KEEEP AT LEAST UNTIL IT IS PERMINANTLY ABOVE 1.30 and will reassess at that point. If that's of any help.....
