Anyone who is used to this sort of drop would always wait until the "bounce" to sell if your experienced and were desperate to get rid....which was about 9.30 am this morning......
Not sure what it says really......dont expect much movement up on a fri either......hoping for a steady trickle to 1.2 (share offer iirc) over the coming weeks then there is the news of drilling....ohhhh i'm either too confident and far too bullish or I believe my own bullsh*t or this is a good one....

tbh.....I think these will trickle up to around 1.2 ish over the coming weeks......not sure about the competency of the drilling crews the seismic surveys or the drill site choices but I think they timed raising funds spot on.
I would be looking at crawshaws butchers.....tstr......interserve long term and hertz for some volatility.

if you look and iirc heavier elements such as iron where they hope for copper isn't so bad....the heavier element are pushed from deep in the mantle (iron ...ohhhh wait for it ......and gold.
it quite possible if iron is there where it isn't expected gold could be too. just to be really bullish on this .......if copper isn't there.

That's what I am saying........they KNEW to place BEFORE the results....nothing more suspicious than that.
Pit falls are harder to see before you get to them...That's why they are perhaps very good directors.....you get experience from mistakes....they "earned" their money there.

Pretty common for the placing to be a fair bit under market value to get full takeup.
DON'T THINK THERE IS ANYTHING SUSPICIOUS THERE. 25% UNDER seems not too ridiculous.

Perhaps the directors are on the ball. Place the shares to keep going and top up the liquidity before any results are in. If the results are good then the placed shares are at a bargain but the work carries on. IF THE RESULTS ARE POOR....the work carries on even if the share price drops NOT DILUTING THE EXISTING SHARES.
I do not know what the directors have on options for shares and at what price.
But to generate capital before a result not after is wise. Even wiser if you have an option n them at 1.3 and they go to 2.5!

Looks like some tradrs on the bounce are happy with there 10 to 20%<br /><br />Galaxy....this rough calculation.<br /><br />2.43Milioin is that the liquidity they hold???? which is fair enough........but there are OTHER assets.....like the ground etc etc.....I mean a net worth with half in liquidity and the rest as mineral rich ground in "califonia" gold rush country......just wondering about that "rough calculation" and what is exactly factored in?

they encountered (should you read it) quartz magnetitie.
quartz has traces of gold and other minerals in it , magnetite is ferrous thus the increased magnetic.
there is probably more quartz and loadstone just where they drilled than heavier ore carrying rock. simple.it is not there isn't minerals there just there isn't any where the drill went through. it was quartz and iron......of which quartz has rare elements and other elements (in very small amounts) in it and they often go hand in hand. look up getting gold from quartz. you "could" do it in your back garden with gravel from the local b and q! the heavy elements (gold, iron, lead etc) have to come from deep in the mantle generally iirc so iron instead of gold isn't that bad a news.....imho

Other magnetics include iron nickel based(strongly), chromium (weak) but if we were lucky platinum (very weak)!!!! From what I can find.....

coffeecups......I think it looks like a iron rich area with increased magnetic. Probably Magnetite just shy of granite in hardness. It might be a very expensive last little drill when there is a site a few yards away where the bore hole misses that strata. Sunshades required if that happens to be a luckier point to go in.

I remember a while back the mention of going over 75% and turning it to a LTD company.
I WAS TAKING WONGA as an example in the past that has done this.
it still has other shareholder which were not bought out. do these get payed pro rata if their shares are not bought out and they are not on the board should there be a profit? or is it a board decision? or is it a possibility that should a 5% shareholder (in the case of Wonga) could walk away and be left with no income from his/her5% should the money only go to board members and not shareholders? wary of pitfalls with my money not the project.

As mentioned earlier, this SP is s likely as not a 6 month position playing out.....it will take a while to trickle up.
It will take a while....is my guess.
You could try Crawshaws, TSTR, Boxhill Tech, Mothercare,TASTY....but you will have to wait.....its a sloooow process.
There is SERCO if your into this sector......there a pretty good bet.

what your looking at are probably the result of 6 months options dragging the price down tbh imho.
give it a month and it will climb again.

luckily they have been installed in garden..........what weather.......hopefully it will break just in time for the school holidays.

Do you still tink in the long term it is likely to go private? If so what is the procedure for getting your shares converted by your broker before it stops trading if they were to go that way?

I would imagine the SP will bounce around a while, the twitter feed is a nice idea for keeping people informed rather than some of us guessing he state of play and that might well cause a move in SP with news releases......or allow some interest to get generated Personally I think when there are a few new site photos the swing will start I a way that most of us expected in June.....I am sure it will happen again....just a case of when. At the moment for a multibag return I would e looking at HOLDING for a while yet....I dont think it will happen in JUNE as everyone seemed to think in April.
