I think in the medium term there are a lot worse investments out there.

had another bit of a look, I still cant see anything about a new CFO. there was another post on here about how this firm are poor at informing the market. the CFO departure was not on the RNS as far as I can tell(I didn't go trawling through all of them) and the replacement isn't either.
Personally from experience I ONLY believe the RNS statements, any other news snippet be it from the papers, social media or wherever is only secondary normally and not wholly truthful compared to the RNS. as a general rule of thumb.......IMHO
If others think like me then perhaps explains why the share price has plunged so quickly since august and why someone else wrote earlier in a post that they are not the best firm at releasing info.....via the RNS (which is what we come to expect as close to hand on heart info as you will find).

honestly. by the fact there are only 65 views on utube since august, I dont think anyone is interested. they have made losses for the last god knows how long and they had to stop trading not long after that interview and there was no utube explanation about that .
also from the fact they admit they cant figure out their own finances and have had to bring in 2 different auditors..........and their chief financial officer isn't there.........which is a big worry to the market and probably why the sp is at the level it is at! its not a big company...125 , getting new cfo would be the first step......probably hiring one from the auditing team who know what he is looking at would be a sound move I would guess....
there is NO rns about a new cfo as far as I am aware and that will have a massive impact on sp,.... perhaps I missed it?

unfortunately I am not liquid at the moment so couldn't buy in.
however I think these are likely to go above to 50 mark and closer to a penny.
large spreads usually indicates a lack of interest........ie volume....again......

My belief is exactly that. To some extent it is a guess, yes, however if I KNEW it was going bust I would put SURE!
There could be "buy outs", "part sell offs", "Takeovers", and "Transfers" of existing contracts at the end of people "being paid" by Interserve itself IMHO. However that is the destination I am "guessing" that they will arrive at.
The route to that destination looks (to me at least) like the share will stop trading at some point (quite a while before the final destination is reached) because of (effectively lack of cash in the bank) either an inability to borrow, reduce debt or meet its projected targets on operating profitability, quality and timescale.
I hope that clears my earlier point.
I also believe that most of the people who work for them will probably carry on in their jobs but probably with a change of employer should this happen.
So as a shareholder I would be very wary.......(as a best guess) which is probably reflected in the SP.

I believe they will stop trading this share. At this moment in time.
Anything deeper than that would be pure guesswork.

if you look th volume has dropped to next to nothing.
if you are a long term investor my advise would be gt your money out while you can.
no mater how bad the loss.....some money out is better than NO money back.....IMHO

I will be honest, I think there is a good percentage of movement here daily......if you day trade (or over about a wweek) with a buy in at 10 ish and a sell at 12 plus your on a winner....... but be careful.

if you look at the the nyse stock not this one ..you should be looking at a VERY VERY good buy......
I could be wrong.....indeed I hate it when I am but I think there is real value here....In fact I think there was real value value at 60.......

Sorry for the wrong impression, I totally agree do you own research but I think it is pretty safe bet to nearly double in SP.
my honest opinion is the had a few bad survey results and they obviously changed the block calc's.the SP will probably hit the positive side of .5 or nearer a penny without too much trouble once interest picks up again. I have been wrong before. Most noticeably with CRAW butchers. That had a major player with options to keep the chain open either with a buy-in option or buy out as a private company (I saw as worst case scenario) and I certainly didn't expect it to close its doors as each store was "valued" at around 100,000! (5 mil equity divided by around 50 shops) and anyone who knows about shop keeping and the size and placement of these shops would think that ridiculously cheap so I do not know what to say about that!
I do think it has legs but I also think "logical" and "all the research in the world" won't help sometimes.
I agree Ninvestor, wholeheartedly, anything that makes more than 20 or 30% in a year is a very risky option normally unless the sector is being it by something. Anyway there is my "tweet" on SP in the coming months.....

I like how the us report sited fuel as a major contributor to costing and the price of fuel has dropped.....could have some serious legs to come....although maybe more on the us market than the german....
