Thank you for clarifying the suspension date and the release of the newsfeed, I do appreciate client confidentiality with some of the information will cause some lack of flow on to the RNS in a "namedropping" sense.
Thanks also for pointing out the RNS where the board member was replaced. it is not unusual for board changes to have a separate RNS for this information as it is quite important. This obviously has nothing to do with client confidentiality, but maybe on the advise of the nomad or how the firm relays its information through the RNS (and is indicative of smaller firms). The statement I made (and you are quite right is laid out in guidance notes) is something I have noticed HAS happened in the past with some companies. They is supposed to be reporting of any shares held above 3% and any change above or below a whole percentage point after that, to be reported as soon as is possible, therefore if someone held 11.1% and reduced to say 10.9% that crossover at 11% must be reported and relayed in an RNS straight away. I have in the past seen it where the last RNS holdings in a firm and the actual holdings didn't tally and they thought informing every 3 or 5% was all that was needed! Not saying it is the case here but it gets confusing if you try and work out if there is a takeover, private buy out or a major shareholder is trying to offload shares and there is no RNS to tell you the approximate % held. FYI.
