Morning All
Just my opinion, There has been 4 notable RNS's in the last 2 weeks from DVRG, which cover fund raises, acquisitions, director dealings and partnerships. Taken as a whole the BOD's are advising shareholders and stakeholders of where they are and what they have been doing for the last 3-6 months.
For me this is very good public relations, the SP is struggling and the China Resources partnership agreement is becoming 'an elephant in the room' so to update the market on current operational issues/milestones is smart. The RNS's are also a very good indication of what progress has been made in the last 12 months.
My interpretation is that the mass production timescale of April has been put back to July/August, that may have an impact on 2022 projected revenues as there is, seemingly, a time lapse between orders and accounts, this will also generate the need for capital investment (see RNS) and instigate current muted market sentiment. There is also an overhang from historical share transactions to be moved through (consistent placee share selling)
However, Mr Brandon and the BOD's have achieved everything predicted (and more) within the last 12 months within reasonable limits of predicted timelines. (Covid lockdown and governmental loopholes taken into consideration)
The investment case was set out in July 2021 within the AGM presentation and 2021/22 Outlook -https://youtu.be/i7Jx5-k0chI
For Rainbow Chasers (Newuncle, Chrishutch, Chesh amongst others) it may not happen quick enough or to their personal satisfaction but I doubt the BOD's of DVRG care too much about that as they have their agenda, targets and roadmap and are diligently working towards and through them. DVRG are looking at long term investment satisfaction and growth not short term trading gains.
With regards to Mr Brandon, it seems he is working his arse off to deliver year on year growth. Any long term investor should be pleased with a CEO that is smart, knowledgeable, hard-working and keeps them up to date with what's going on and is achieving predicted milestones in reasonable timescales. (or not)

Of course this is all my opinion and open to debate, but will not debate with anyone who has posted over 150 times in the last 30 days (except T.Rat) as their posts are about personal attention not DVRG or their operations
Please note - I am currently invested in DVRG
All the best to all

Yes, that's my concern. MSYS has an identity of it's own and I agree that the tie up with DVRG is hugely significant, however MSYS are better than being wholly dependent on DVRG.
The ties are already squirly!!
All IMHO, this mornings news is good for MSYS (and DVRG), onwards and upwards

Good news without a doubt.
It does seem like a 'nod to DVRG RNS' in my opinion. MSYS's marketing seems to be no existent in what is a pivotal year.
Come on guys, either merge with DVRG or employ someone who can highlight this great technology and get the 'MSYS train moving' - One or the other but not neither.
All IMHO and all the best

Good Morning, I am not currently a shareholder of DVRG but have noticed that there is no acknowledgement (on this board) of your correct prediction of a dilutive fund raise.
We have had many 'debates' in the past mostly disagreements about DVRG and MWG and what GB and the BOD's are building but fair play to you as you called it (again), were insulted for it and stood by it!
FWIW, I believe the progression of DVRG, scientifically, technologically and operationally is very impressive.
All the best going forwards
LTB
Agreed, in principle, I think we disagreed on timescales... I have interpreted the last few RNS's (DVRG) that April is not now the mass production target date.
I believe RNS's are only issued on orders over 10% of total yearly revenues (maybe worth fact checking that!) so I agree small regular orders would not be obliged to be RNSed.
That said GB issued a Q1 production RNS (for DVRG) last week so no reason not to update the market with MSYS Q1 operations in early Q2.
The DVRG news this morning is win/win for MSYS IMHO
All the best with your investment and this mornings purchase
Cheeky fund raise over at DVRG announced this morning, the SP drop over there hinted at something going on behind the scenes.
Got to admit, thought it was directly connected to MSYS so totally got that wrong, still curious as to what prompted GT's decision to resign though.
Let's see what the next month or so reveal
All good, IMHO and have a great day

Cheeky update on state of recruitment and new position, GT stepping down earlier.
All good (IMHO)

Hmmm, interesting, lets agree to disagree and see what the next couple of weeks brings. I just found the tone and timing of yesterdays RNS and interview interesting.

Morning, I read the DVRG RNS that mass production of units is not now April but 'in the next few months', as spoken about previously this could be due to the JV not being signed, it could also be due to trials or, of course, changes to original agreement.
In the proactive interview GB was keen to 'stretch out' timescales, aimed, I believe at anybody expecting quick SP returns.
With regards MSYS an update re CEO and formal recruitment process and on going partnerships and orders would be welcome (IMHO), the lines between MSYS and DVRG are starting to get squirly, so an update by MSYS on non-DVRG business may be helpful.
Any thoughts?
All IMHO

Morning, the guidance of £24M was DVRG and was a Turner Pope Research note revenue forecast, Mr Brandon admitted that there was no need to correct it and therefore many are using it as a guideline/target.... The circa 95p target SP by TP is directly connected to their revenue target.
As far as I recall, MSYS have not posited either a 2022 revenue target or SP target.

Morning, agree, I was slightly surprised that there was not an equivalent RNS for MSYS, them being a partner not a supplier.
The DVRG RNS is positive, when you decipher it though, those are orders with long timescales, recurring orders/revenues is very cool though. A lot for the DVRG BB to chew over today ;-)))
I wonder if Mr Brandon will make a Proactive interview, which would be timely, may mention MSYS's involvement and steady the SP ship for both companies
All good - Onwards and upwards, real progress being mad

Morning, who knows re MM's, I would imagine institutional or large private investors get knowledge prior or have more of an idea what's going on behind closed doors though. (as an example fund raises etc are already done and dusted way before an RNS drops)
Either way the MSYS SP languishing around the 9-11 range is ridiculous due to £1M revenue for 2021, partnerships and potential, let alone the technology and the sector (Water Management) is starting to gain huge momentum.
IMHO, DYOR
