As always a post that answers no questions, poses no questions, is incoherent drivel and a simple waste of a post!

I agree and am aware of that the '10% swing requirement in an RNS' and have posted that on a number of occasions in the last couple of years. Just for clarification the £24M is a TP research note that DVRG are happy with as a guideline.
The comment is regards 'Where is the £24M coming from? As we are half way through the year- Simple question if anyone has any suggestions.
I see no one tackled expenditure!?
ATBG
PS My investment in DVRG is long term ie more than 3 years so no issue at all if the revenue figure for 2022 is between £10-20M that would show growth in a transformative year which is positive.
LTB
The breakdown is impressive for revenues in 2022.
I would ask though, as there is, a time lapse between orders received and payments hitting the P&L, is the £24M revenue target for 2022 too ambitious and achievable.
I must stress that any increase on the 2021 revenue figure of £10M would be welcome and positive but asking a realistic question with regards 2022.
The other 'elephant in the room' and rarely discussed or mentioned is expenditure, again, a natural 'evil' for a fast growing company but is it under control and in line with potential revenues.
Let's see if these questions are answered, all to play for though and all good

Morning, I did see/predict a drop from 25-15p approx and yes I thought that the SP would wander between 12-17p until there was concrete evidence of orders and those orders converting into revenues and hitting the P&L.
This must be a (relative) low with regards the SP though and the MKT Value does not cover the MWG buy out, If I recall.
Hey Ho - I guess DVRG are in buyers/take a punt territory until 2023
All the best Muggs

Morning, some interesting insights, thanks for sharing your thoughts.

LTB and Muggins
It has gone quite on a number of fronts so an operational update including some financial information could be useful, am not holding my breath though, they have timetables/processes re figures etc and there is no reason to believe they will change that.
All good though and this mornings RNS shows that they are 'ticking those boxes' and 'jumping through those hoops'

Good Morning, there maybe a few folks in your position. FWIW I thought 28p was a fair price given MKT Value/IP blah blah blah and am sure there are many that are frustrated with the current SP including the BOD's.
All the best with your investment

Am not sure about the negative comments re this mornings RNS.
A description of the company on Marketbeat:
'DeepVerge plc, an environmental and life science artificial intelligent company, develops and applies AI and IoT technology to analytical instruments for the analysis and identification of bacteria, virus, and toxins. The company offers Labskin, a commercially available lab-grown, full thickness human skin to support product research and development activities in the cosmetic, personal care, medical device, and pharmaceutical sectors;
It seems to me that's exactly what they are doing, amongst other things. If you think they should be doing something else, it maybe an idea to invest in another company!

My thoughts (FWIW)
The SP drop has nothing to do with the conflict (Russia/Ukraine) as you can see from the year chart, it has not helped recovery, for sure, but the DVRG SP was around the 32p for months up until Nov 21.
DVRG are a growth company and are gearing up for mass production, I would suggest expenditure is currently outstripping revenues (ATM) and there is also a lapse between orders and revenues hitting the P+L ie it could be 2023 until revenues exceed expenditure, hit the accounts and is reflected in the SP.
Plus (historically) revenues have been top heavy in H2, which also could (given the current climate) be a slight cause for concern for investors
Also DVRG's presentation quashed any 'Rainbow Chaser sentiment' by saying that DVRG was a long term project with revenues increasing year on year. - Some folks may have been put off!
There has been a/some constant seller(s) and quite frankly not an equivalent amount of buyers, again leading to a drift downwards.
All of these would have had an effect on the SP and/or company sentiment and yes DVRG could do with a juicy order or an eye catching partnership for sure.
That said, I cannot see what else DVRG can possibly do, they are increasing staff, gearing up for mass production of tech, launching/presenting/marketing Skin Trust Club, securing finances just in case, keeping stakeholders and shareholders up to date with developments, pushing scientific boundaries, working through governmental regulations and upgrading their infrastructure.
Also the current Market value (£26M) does not reflect either the 2021 £10M revenues or definitely not the targeted £24M 2022 revenues or the secured IP's and increasing infrastructure, science, technology or collected data.
The medium to long term investment case has been made.
FWIW, I believe that Mr Brandon is the right man to lead DVRG into the next phase of DVRG's journey.
Feel free to discuss, challenge or debate or those wishing to name call, try to discredit with multiple ID claims or 'Oh look, he/she wants to trade' need not apply.
All IMHO, DYOR and ATB and have a great day
