Just to confirm the reason I have not posted, I do not currently hold any shares in DVRG (the first time in 10 years I do not hold shares in MWG)... No disrespect to the company but am currently trading for/against the market (AIM) not specifically one company.

Incidental of merger/no merger, the next 7-10 weeks should be interesting for MSYS.

Good morning, as I am on a roll with predictions:
'The general market will be notified of the merger of Deepverge and Microsaic (Microverge) prior to the 31st March 2022'

Suffice to say I have invested accordingly ;-)

Morning, DVRG's official stance is that the JV confirmation requires a face to face meeting which is currently hampered by Covid travel restrictions. Sounds reasonable

I would imagine there has been some twists and turns within the negotiating - testing/percentages/nature of the agreement etc which had had an impact on timeline.

It is probably highly frustrating for DVRG, operationally, as:

Completion of event A enables commencement of event B which enables completion of event B which enables commencement of event C etc etc.

If there was a problem DVRG would be obliged to RNS it, simple as:

Without doubt it has had an effect on SP (length of time).... lets see what the next few weeks bring

If there was going to be a buyout/takeover now would be a great opportunity, SP low (25% increase on 6 month average blah blah blah) CEO on his way out (presumably agreed financially) and MSYS on the cusp of upward revenue movement.

With regards any merger/buyout of MSYS with Deepverge, that was analysed/debated etc approx 9 months ago on both this and DVRG forum so won't regurgitate the pros/cons/possible implications of that again, this mornings RNS is interesting though, timing wise and an acquisition of MSYS doesn't necessarily need to be from DVRG!? or could be from the employees of DVRG as a separate business venture.

Anyway all speculation at this point, this mornings news could be an isolated incident or form part of a bigger picture, I 'nailed my flag to the mask' a while ago with regards Microsaic (FWIW)
