Morning, I agree, fundamentally nothing has changed and in fact the reasons to invest in DVRG have grown stronger not weaker.
The SP drop is complicated (IMHO) - Large sellers, Historical share register, AIM, Covid/Ukraine conflict, possible negative sentiment towards DVRG and is probably not pleasant for a good majority of shareholders.

However the recent RNS's, game-changing technology, knowledgeable and enthusiastic BOD's, multi revenue streams and achievable timescales present a reasonable and possibly/probable positive investment case.

(DVRG do need some hefty orders or eye catching partnerships to get the SP moving again, I feel )

All in IMHO and all to play for!!

Good morning, hope all is good. I sense and share some of your frustration with DVRG and it's relatively slow progress.

This board could do with a DVRG - SWOT analysis (Remember them bad boys) as there are some undeniable strengths and some unquestionable threats.

Afternoon - It's a odd situation that MSYS seems to have found themselves in, well at least looking from the outside, that the company is completely dependant on DVRG for growth.

Very little non DVRG related news this past 3 months, the only mentions being by Mr Brandon on twitter stating 'working with MSYS on ...... https://twitter.com/Microsaic/status/1506290377485131780 and 'DVRG are impressed about the work MSYS continue to achieve.

Also Microsaic announced that 'Further to the announcement on 28 January that Glenn Tracey would be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") to pursue a non-competitive opportunity, it has been agreed that he will leave on 31 March, rather than with effect from the date of the Company's next Annual General Meeting ("AGM") as previously announced.

So Mr Tracey has gone so it maybe worth advising stakeholders and shareholders if the direction of the company remains the same and if not the 2022 (and beyond) roadmap, plans and priorities.
