Morning, £18M revenues for 2022, as if by magic (Ha Ha) - Very good post yesterday (IMHO) with regards expectations and keeping balanced with regards the future.

Timely RNS and really positive with regards year on year revenues in an operationally transformative year.

Morning, totally agree with your sentiment, some members of this board are obsessed with creating ridiculous expectations.

As you say the RNS stated that DVRG 'were looking at options' not 'sifting through offers' for STC. Those options may include STC branching off and DVRG raising funds specifically to support STC expansion.
The progression of STC has been very positive and rapid and the fact that options are opening up is good news for shareholders. (IMHO) The potential is huge but still potential at this point.

FWIW, I would be happy with £18M revenue for 2022 and a control on expenditure and 2023/2024 be the year that Orders/Revenues/Data/Company Profile/Science and Technology line up and create shareholder value

'I suspect that the SP went up because the market believed GB's jam tomorrow sales pitch - what did happen to cruises, the breathalyser, China, numerous JVs, acquisition accounting manipulation, unearned shares, Mrs GB share sales, loads of warrants to city mates, options to NXDs etc etc all of which failed to materialise. Understandably they are less forgiving now and want to see results rather than endless unfulfilled promises and assurances'

For balance, there has been a lot of positives, for DVRG, over the last 18 months and the evolution of the company has been impressive and is increasing at an organic rate and I believe will continue to grow and expand. The reasons for that are numerous and too many and too tedious to repost.

All to play for, and has been stated by others, investing in DVRG is a risk, but a risk worth taking IMHO

The question therefore can be answered in the AGM today, 'Yes expenditure is under control and DVRG are looking to be in profit in year..... and therefore no fund raising is required in the near or long term future' - Simple really!!

No drama needed!!

Morning, I agree with your sentiment and as the AGM is today, impeccable timing for a neutral RNS.

As a long term investor I have 2 questions concerning 2022 and the financial operations

1 - Is the TP £24M revenue still achievable and how ie what divisions is the income being generated from
2 - Is expenditure under control and if not will there be further fund raising for the company as a whole or the 'new' STC division specifically.

Generally speaking the progress of STC is very positive and quick so a nice position to be, onwards and upwards!

We wait as the answers unfold
