Evening, over the last 5 months the SP has struggled, it seemed to have settled around the 32p mark up until then. Lots of reasons internal (transition of company) and external (sellers, general mkts) etc, if posters cannot see that (or admit it) it's probably not worth debating with them.
The only positive with regards the SP is (If it's possible) to do what ChrisH did and buy on the drops, average down, build a stake or trade until the financial future is clearer, or sit back and be patient.

Morning, not really an opinion more an observation.
Re Share Price generally
- A shareholders prime metric for the performance of the company (success/failure) maybe share price (naturally)
- A stakeholders prime metric for the performance of the company (success/failure) may not be share price but laboratory space, scientific breakthrough, receiving regulatory compliance, increase in staff etc etc
That said, DVRG are a 'Pharmaceutical Engineering' company and I believe that when GB comments on social media 'Significant news imminent' a shareholder interprets that as SP to rise while a stakeholder interprets that as scientific breakthrough/regulatory compliance etc
Also GB's narrative for a year is 'We are working hard to generate long term shareholder value and have no control over short term share price fluctuations' Again confirming my interpretation of DVRG's narrative.
In short, my observation is RNS'd 2022 revenue maybe useful to shareholders, even revitalise the share price but is not a requirement or desire for DVRG at this point. As you say triple digit growth is forecasted for 2022, that seems to suffice.
I have no opinion on if this stance is right or wrong btw
Not aimed at you, just a general observation

LTB is correct, I would add the fundamentals remain the same and the investment case has in fact become stronger as the company moves along scientifically/technologically/partnerships/marketing point of view

Good morning.
There is no delay in the 2022 revenue forecast, in many ways 2022 (with regards mass tech production) is transformational and Mr Brandon confirmed that it will be difficult to predict at this point. Market expectation (Turner Pope) however forecasted £24M and DVRG are comfortable with that, enough that they do not need to change it through an RNS
IMHO, DVRG are not obliged to update the market until they obtain more detail information and only if that £24M is widely out (either more or less) which maybe autumn.
As you say £1.2M revenues carried over from 2021 which is a positive position to be in, much infrastructure news due in Q1 (partnerships/joint ventures), although it's early days it would be interesting to see what effect last Sundays Sky News article has had with regards interest in the company and it's technology.
All IMHO (DYOR) - All the best with your investment

Just been watching the recent MSYS webinar again and there are some interesting (perhaps overlooked) information.
- 'MSYS currently do not have any income from a collaboration with Skin Trust Club but can see collaboration in the future'
- 'Several conversations with OEM's in China'
- Sharing category 2 Lab testing with Deepverge for blood serum tests and therefore cash savings
- Sharing sales channel with DVRG saving capital
- There has been no warrants/options exercised
- DVRG extensively negotiating contracts which include MSYS technology
- Facility in China mitigates Covid travel restriction
- No funding unless a compelling investment proposition
- Mass Spectrometry is a £7BN market

Tend to agree with you, if mass production of tech is gearing up for April/June, it could be imagined that large (£3-5M) contract RNS's start hitting around June/July and those revenues will start to filter down to the P&L in H2. Also in 2020 and 2021 revenues were H2 top heavy which I think will occur in 2022 but in 2023 revenues will be more spread H1/H2. My conservative estimate (FWIW) was 60p+ for Jan 2023...
Who knows?!, interesting to debate but until there is confirmation of how deep the interest has been, we are just '****ing in the wind' as the technical investor and scientific saying goes. As stated TP and the BOD will have a clearer understanding of potential here and clearly (ATM) believe that (£24M) is an achievable forecast. (My sneaky feeling is that H2 could be nuts as the potential is huge)
All good though, impressive RNS this morning confirming partnerships are working, increased Lab space/staff increases were/are justified and the implications of the combined scientific knowledge are becoming clear (even to a scientific gonad like me)
All the best with your investment
Cool, interesting and a cheeky mention of the Sky News slot!!

I suspect Mr Booth was making a general comment about data (maybe not even aware of MWG) and subsequent regulations of individuals data. As he said mass monitoring and surveillance of society for human beings is relatively new and rules and regulations to protect that data should be looked at obviously under the umbrella of civil liberties. Sky News are also very good at offering both sides of a story.
With regards to an individuals drug use (and night club entry), this (until legalisation in the UK) would probably follow the same route as the Novak Djokovic/Australian Border incident.
1 - You can only enter the country if you are vaccinated and can prove it
2 - I am not vaccinated, can I enter your country please
3 - At our discretion we say no.
4- Debate - Are the Australian government legally able to impose those restrictions/conditions - I guess so
There is no 'big brother' effect (IMHO) here just personal responsibility matched with conditions of entry by establishments/countries.
Society is entering into a new 'daily testing for health/lifestyle era' whether folks like it or not, Deepverge are at the forefront of this revolution!!
Modern Water facilitate the testing, give accurate results in a timely manner and allow the authorities (Border control/Hospitals/Nightclubs/Cruise ships/Care homes to make informed decisions
Once the general public see that the positives far outweigh the negatives and that the testing process is in place to protect their health and freedom of movement they will be on board.
I can imagine Sundays Sky News Modern Water/Deepverge article and the implications has caused a lot of waves amongst the public and I suspect a lot of interest from governments, local governments and water authorities (If they were not already aware)
All IMHO

'This morning I observed a rainbow, beautiful and vibrant, across the horizon it ran'
Chasing behind it what appeared to be a figure, desperate and feeble, it was that of a man,
What is he doing I pondered , there is no need for concern, impatience or no pot of gold.
There is though, mass production of game changing technology and triple digit increases that will surely unfold'

It would be very cheeky/smart to produce an RNS on either Monday or Tuesday where they could include the Sky video article with a MWG update.
How long does it take to produce an RNS from inception to London Stock Exchange?? ;-)
