Because there are 303 million shares issued exactly at 50p. Any notable raise above 50p will undoubtedly see some of these holders looking to sell. Is my logic.

Remember Moers starts as CEO 2 days after quarterly announcement..... which will see a huge up side.

But also logically - with such a huge number of shares exactly at 50p.... SP will also experience resistance moving much off 50p.

20% of the total number of shares in circulation are at exactly 50p. Anyone who bought in before when under 30p a month ago is either a long term holder, or sold out long ago at profit.
Logically from that - it would take a large volume of selling at a loss to drive SP down....

Anyone who was awake on Friday morning got out at 62 and back in under 50 ;o)

If i was shorting, I would have bought out at 50p due to that being an obvious high resistance level.... but that's just using common sense - it's probably not how shorters think lol

Well finally.... it appears that the 50p shares from last week have hit buyers accounts.
Not that I'd expect any movement because of that.... but lets see.

If some are convinced that SP has been railroaded.... perhaps it was until these shares could be delivered so that it didn't cause issues?

Yup... it was a bit of a kick in the teeth with the additional share issue. Although I do believe for the right reasons.
But on that basis... 50p is the equivalent of last weeks 62p, so in real terms we've been flat for a week. Which on no real news... is acceptable. #clutchingatstraws

The Moodys article I couldn't disagree with - very fairly balanced I thought. Hey... if there was no risk, there'd be no big upside too ;o)

Drivers never travel with team personnel in Europe - most of them club together and rent a jet out of Monaco - between 10 of them that becomes quite efficient! Just that Lewis does that on his own lol.
Long haul, the drivers do fly with the team.

I would presume that plane was used more for business than personal use, considering the lad has to be in a different country on average every 10 days for work.... but folk will always complain at those inning in life, it's human nature.

Racing Point have a partner party in a marquee outside the factory every silverstone F1 weekend, which i 'perform' at creating something for a charity auction. I'm confident I can invite some other investors too.... although obviously not this year.

Simple fact is that if you can make just 1% a week averaged over a year, you are doing significantly better than the vast vast majority on the stock market. Which is why you're much better off - on average - going for marginal gains than big wins. Looks like I scalped CINE a bit early - it's still going up - but 10% is 10%.
