I am just trying to to compare invinity with Enerox to try and establish the impact these two companies will have on future vrfb installations. Invinity is an AIM registered company so lots of information in the public domain, such as Oxford Super hub and vrfbs to be installed in California.
Enerox is a subsidiary so information is less available, for instance did Alexander Schoenfeldt the CEO whilst at Cellcube did he transfer to Bushveld? The Cellcube website shows 14 employees did they all transfer and have we recruited additional staff for future development. The 130 Enerox vdfb installations globally does Enerox have a maintenance team or are they serviced locally.
When invinity was put together they had established pipelines and are still working on those leads,
did Enerox bring a large pipeline of potential customers with the acquisition. Enerox apparently have a super vrfb in manufacture is this catching the imagination of the energy market.
We own 90% of this enterprise and know little but its operation and ownership, i would grateful if you can fill in some of gaps in my knowledge.
May decide how quickly America gets a grip of efforts to help stem the tide of raised world temperatures to help climate change. Biden has stated he wants to spend 2 trillion dollars on renewable energy and policies to lower carbon emissions in America.
Mr. Trump thinks its all fake news, the quality of both candidates is very questionable but the issues are very serious for us all.
Hi, Alfa, Just thinking that Fortune and Mikhail do not want to be available to the AEF as a massive RNS drops between 20th October and 13th November that blows the AEF into meltdown as Vanadium renewable energy storage goes ballistic. Anyone can dream!!!!
This digital event will commence on 20th October and finish on 13th November 2020, i have looked at the attendees list of African Government and African utility bigwigs and there are some very big hitters. Also impressive list of CEO,s etc of companies involved in the energy business in the African
Continent, but cannot see Fortune’s or Mikhail’s name anywhere on the official lists. Perhaps they have decided not to participate because of activities elsewhere as I would have thought with climate change and renewable energy at the top of any energy agenda, they would have been on the invite list.
Never ceases to disappoint me because the interviewers do not have a clue, one of the questions i would have asked Fortune is this!!
You are building a second electrolyte plant at Vametco/Brits, what growth are you expecting in the VRFB space and is this indicated in your known pipeline and the pipeline of other companies globally including Invinity and Enerox?
Has said in the past that if any major shareholder wants to sell just speak to him and he would put seller to a buyer. Why had this not happened we are not talking about a lot of money in investor terms.
Is Fortune happy with the current situation and a very low SP at the moment suits his plans.
Or there are no buyers on the sidelines that he knows of and can place with the seller.
GS are determined to hurt the share price for whatever reason. Whatever the reasons are for GS sell off the situation has damage the reputation of Bushveld.
Revolution if Biden wins the up coming Presidential election, they should study what is happening in California with VRFB’s
The share dilution that will be caused by providing Bushveld shares to buy out the loan notes is viewed by many on this board as disastrous, but having read the current history of Duferco this may not be the case. Duferco have three main divisions, Energy, Shipping and Industry having sold out their steel division to Hebei Iron and Steel the largest steel producer in China. In their energy division they are fully engaged in all aspects of renewable energy including 2500 charging points for electric vehicles and the creation and trading of renewable energy, Bushveld would be a good fit for them. Just my opinion but, i believe that Duferco and Fortune want this link up, its just that the share price (beyond their control) has put a bitter taste in the deal. If the share price was at say
30p plus we would all be welcoming Duferco as a great well positioned partner in the renewable energy sector and calling this partnership another great deal by Fortune.
Dear,
Thank you for your e-mail regarding the explosion and fire at the lithium-ion storage battery earlier this month at Merseyside. Could you please e-mail me the exact location of this vehicle super hub
In Coventry so as we can have fire safety investigation team look at the site and the proposals.

All done!!
A couple of weeks ago i had a rant on this board regarding the manipulation of our share price and Fortune not getting a grip of the situation. With the Eskom phase 1 tender process now in full swing i am much more calmer about daily sp swings. The well worn cliche “that the story is only half told” the “rocket is on the launch pad” and everything is imminent” is finally coming to fruition and i honestly believe that Bushveld will win some of the multi million pound contracts and put Bushveld on a much higher plain and we will leave all this bull shyte behind us. Good luck to all who are invested here.
I also believe there is a surprise coming with a steady increase in the SP up to December and January and a complete change of momentum as BE is established a new tech industry globally. Thats why i have been here for 7 years keeping the faith.
I am trying to understand the implications of this information, we have been worried about the “seller” who has been selling “into” the market and if not bought by a buyer sits on an MM’s books.
In the case of over the counter trades we have a seller, but also a massive buyer who is accumulating a sizeable stake below 3% before it has to be declared!!!!
