On front page talks about concerns that China will monopolise the 17 minerals that are recognised as essential for defence products. Dose anybody know whether vanadium is included in the 17 minerals considered essential as a rare earth mineral?

At Vamteco in Q1 is this completed and are we back at full operation, does anybody have any information?
