Hi Bassguy, i support your view what is BE’s role, Mikhail talked about six revenue streams I can see electrolyte manufacture but are we missing the development side or being an electricity supplier. Perhaps BE needs to grow more and obtain that expertise.

The decline in the price of vanadium seems to have stabilised could this be the turning point for an upward projectory?

In a very recent interview Fortune stated that he did not want to do a placing just to bring on institutional investors. With the CLN to Duferco and Orion he has brought on board to very experienced companies that will help drive our growth.

Will be a great shareholder to have, it has a massive Energy division and i expect Duferco to be a partner with Bushveld in many renewable energy projects. It has a Power Purchase Division which sells power and energy to customers, their expertise in selling rental vanadium might just come in handy. Watch this space i expect them to hold their shares and buy more.

In 2019 were declared on 7th November lets hope Q3 results for 2020 are very good with lots of growth potential to drive the SP much higher.

Note the word agreements and not contracts, if contracts had been signed that would require an rns to notify the market. We expect our electrolyte plant to be completed early 2021, watch these agreements turn into contracts as we near that date.

I believe Fortune is happy to have Duferco as a major shareholder, perhaps the share price could have been a lot higher but that is out of Fortune’s control.

In share dealings. The SP was 10+ then GS was dumping its shares and the buying was at a frenzy with everybody calculating when GS would be out and the SP would rocket to 25+ The herd arrived
and left just as quickly, so where are we now, back in the same range as before, still hoping for that transformational news that is going to lift this under valued SP to new heights.

I sent a message to Chika to enquire if the Rongke battery delivered to Eskom testing site had in fact been installed for testing, and when was it likely to be commissioned which i think is quite important for our tender process. Have not heard anything back

Liberto, i support your initiative but my argument with the lack of information does not only revolve around the issuing of RNS but information in general. Chika’s title is investor relations, i want Public Relations where the company blows it own trumpet and puts itself out there. The website is a joke, a PR company would have glossy coloured photographs of our staged development of our mini grid, and the building of our electrolyte factory a visual reminder of what is happening in our company. Fortune can make super deals but his promotion of the company is lacking.

Should include information on Enerox, we have owned this subsidiary for 3 months who runs it and how many staff transferred over from Cellcube. Is there a pipeline that Enerox have brought with them and what is the potential for future developments. Who are our partners and who owns what of the equity, WE the shareholders paid millions for Enerox and we no nothing about its formation and potential.

Just looked in on the Novacyt board and the posters are moaning about the antics of the MM’s, this share had risen from 7p to about £12 in just over a year and investors are up in arms about the shenanigans of MM’s. I sincerely hope that if Bushveld rises to mega heights we can still blame the antics of the MM’s. Here’s hoping!!
