Hopefully more substance to it in reality this time but the rhetoric smacks of years
ago when Sunrise was a straight 50/50 split, in an effort to get things moving Australia
proposed TL gets 80/20 or 70/30% favourable split. Additionally they would not issue
a new license in Australian waters to siphon it all away from their side.

Nothing decided, just a format agreed, the TL representative at the end of the meeting
with a big smile, played to the press and the cameras and declared

It has been decided , we now get 80% of Greater Sunrise and it will be coming to the
Island ASAP.

As it's been for 25 years the assets remain and going nowhere in a hurry.
The usual over enthusiasm abounds from all things Timor side of the house
again not new, the have made sweeping statements of massive progress on
their part , many times over the decades. Putting their own interpretation on
JV talks, with an Island bias to we have and it is, when zip has actually been
decided or agreed by , Shell , Conoco now gone and since with Woodside/Osaka

Since Meg at Woodside made the statement in February, taking another look at
both options but with a bias towards an Island development, all the Timor side
of the house, have made statements, like its a done deal, not another review.

Not the first time that statement has been made, last year it was same
we will re double our efforts in the Summer.

With all the rest we know of, no other psc's signed from the bid round
sunrise with Woodside doing more studies and the election, it all makes
sense.

All still holding back, waiting for the dust to settle on what happens to Sunrise
and the Islands own plans for its new HUB (multi fields) , if I was Santos or ENI
I would not sign either, having their own plans and processing facilities already
for both the gas and carbon/waste.

We wait , yet again, what will Woodside do, stick or twist ? alone with T/Gap or
new partners, for both pipeline and Refinery ?

Will Timor carry out their threat to remove Woodside , if they come back and say
still want to go to Darwin after their new studies ? if so WHO if anyone do they
really have waiting in the wings ?

China turned down Beaco , with many others years ago BUT it was a very poorly
thought out plan, sunrise only , build a string ,add more as when required etc
more recently, China BRI expressed an interest in the new version , multi field
HUB etc

Interesting they still use the TASI MANE, it was dropped last year , becoming the Southern
Project with Metinaro , the Northern project under the new office of Infrastructure and
project development.

One of the things we still need POSITIVE clarity on, Timor has mentioned Chuditch
as part of its plans for the Sunrise HUB, including on the announcement of its new
studies in September 2021, all this time Sundagas talking other options but FPSO
as its primary path.

Time for the Island to come clean, does our PSC count for nothing like the Majors
in the past , when the Island held 0% of Sunrise and blocked their development
twice ,Darwin then FLNG, so they left, they also had a PSC in place.

Or will they now come out and support SG's plans to develop Chuditch long before
Beaco expected to be operational (tender 2030) that will get the talks moving NOW

A deal that see's both satisfied, for example, Sunrise HUB open the option for
Evan's Shoal and Barossa to go to Timor Beaco, with perhaps Chuditch and
Kelp (Islands studies plan)

With Santos/ENI given a green light to place it's new HUB to Darwin from also
perhaps Chuditch or their own new find in area R or P

That would give a division of the more Northerly finds in TL waters to go to Beaco
and those in the Southern half of TL Waters a home in Darwin via Santos/ENI Hub

Woodside and its recent MOU/JV with Japanese banks and sector companies, a
possibility for a restructure and building of the Timor facilities and HUB.

Now we have the Timor agenda, its original plans, were a pipeline from Sunrise
to Beaco on the South coast. The latest Timor studies announced Sept 9th 2021
UPGRADED that plan to a pipeline HUB (Multi field) from Sunrise, using Chuditch
Sunrise and Kelp (as big as the other 2 put together) a coordinated development
to ALL feed Beaco via the new HUB when Beaco Ready.

Woodside now seem to be back tracking and have said will take another look at the
Islands plans.

So clearly the main players in the area , have two very different plans, new PSC's from
the bid round remain to be signed off (original by Jun/Jul 2022)

ENI/Santos their own facilities expanded Darwin and 2nd pipeline, the Island more
and more angling towards, we will have Beaco and Gusmao's statement in Parliament
when driving his project TASI MANE, it is ours and WILL all come to the Island

Will Santos/ENI change it's plans ? , will the Island compromise with a mutually beneficial
deal ?

Santos, has its own plans, despite the Tiwi Islands block of Barossa through the courts,
Santos have stated, 410m allocated for the new INPUT pipeline to Darwin, with the
old Darwin-Bayu Undan pipeline becoming waste and carbon capture disposal in Bayu
long empty main reservoir.

Prior to the block, Santos had talked about the new Barossa hub, also being used to
flow Evans Shoal (ENI license) right next door to Barossa.

They took area R (Wider Bayu area Santos) and area P (link between Sunrise-Chuditch ENI)
in the bid round.

Santos/ENI still have an open MOU, to acquire more Timor Sea assets (Indonesia/TL/Australia
waters)

They clearly have their own plans and agenda, which is the dual pipeline duplication plan
with carbon capture at Bayu. Chuditch , Area P are obvious candidate's for their new hub
which would bypass the Tiwi Islands and run mostly parallel with current pipeline into
Darwin.

Not much different to the plans Conoco and Shell had for a pipeline HUB from Sunrise
to Darwin in 2001.

Have said for a long time CDF, only two things will give the mega move
Island comes clean and admits Bettano/Beaco for all, or gives us a first
ever OTHER permit for our FPSO plan, since the impasse started.

Or with things progressing in the area, a senior player moves on us expecting
that progress to lead to a permitted processing path, of their choice.

Still nothing in the news about any of those few who did enter the bid round
having signed their PSC , expected by last June/July , then extended until
February 2023 , as said the silence speaks volumes.

Only surprise, surprise, the local NOC Timor Gap signed in December, Santos
ENI etc, still have not, are they all still waiting for a sunrise/hub decision, or
want things the Island not willing to let them have in their PSC's ?

Very much still need some volume to return, Boil's good-great recent sessions have
been on the back of 1 - 4 Billion share days, today 165m across AIM/AQSE combined

Rolf's recent chats, said expecting some regular news flow , Eqtec and the
court settlement and the uranium arbitration , two down one to go, lol

Also said , not looking to raise via equity and plans in motion for the next
steps at Gold Ridge.

Currently, there is a scope for opening four Thar coalmines of 5 mtpa. It would create a competitive
market. This mining activity can be quiet and much less visible and noticeable than coal power
plants.

These mines may not require international financing as power plants require and can be implemented
with ease as other capital-intensive plants like cement ones. Cement, steel and textile sectors put
together are a great resource that should be mobilised by the policymakers.

Sindh government may also consider establishing an SME industrial estate in Thar area, which
may engage in various coal processing industries like coal drying, briquetting, sales, dispatch,
etc for miscellaneous customers.
