On raising these funds, Pennpetro commits to the first production well in Gonzales County in Texas.
The first well in which Pennpetro will have a 25% working interest (18.75% net revenue interest),
Whistling Straits #1H well, to be drilled in the Austin Chalk under its recently signed agreement with
Millennium PetroCapital Corporation (as announced on 16 March 2023) commenced operations on
28th March 2023.

The balance of the funds will be used for general working capital purposes and initial financial
commitments pursuant to the proposed UK farm-in.

where do you see those stats vetta, remember every label you see is a GUESS
buys labelled as sells and sells labelled as buys all day every day, on all shares

Nothing to do with the MM's or Market, they conduct and print TRADES, with
no labels, just guessing sites like this one, artificially add a GUESS based on
what it thinks is CURRENT mid price, so all related stats built from it are also
as much use/fact as a chocolate fireguard.

Simplistic as it comes, all above mid BUY (never the case) all below SELL (never
the case) all on its mid, delayed or seen outside its current range UNKNOWN

As the rns states, they will pay their individual share of costs, AFTER ppp have
completed their commitment , to conduct and pay for the seismic and HH-3
well.

It also the cause of many unresearched and clueless calling things like

Upon Farm out Programme completion, PPP will earn a 49% share of any oil production from HH-3.

PPP will also earn an aggregate 49% non-operated Licences interest, comprised of an initial 7% on
3D seismic completion and a further 42% interest upon HH-3 completion.

UKOG and HHDL will retain 100% ownership and rights to all oil production and revenues from
Horse Hill-1 ("HH-1"). UKOG will remain as the Horse Hill and Licences operator.

The assignment of the aggregate 49% Licences interest to PPP is subject to PPP providing the
necessary funds to drill HH-3 and complete the Farm out Programme within six-months from
the completion of the 3D seismic which is at its discretion.

Subject to farm out completion, UKOG's interest in HH-1 production will remain at 85.635% and
its net interest in any HH-3 production and the Licences will be 43.67%.
