... so re RKB tweet re AGM resolutions ( see Addisons post below) ..... vi , vii, viii .....broadly extends the previous authority conferred by AGm 2020 ... to extend the date to AGM close 2026 for the purpose of;-

.. Directors alloting shares or grant rights

.. convert security to shares

... convert debt

... general empowerment to do all above

... so a backstop / extension to AGM 2026 ...... big deal !! ??? or what am i missing ??
