Fresh AGM ammo for the first licence deal

• Shareholders just renewed ≈ 700 m shares of head‑room (runs to the 2028 AGM).

• That lets QBT slip a warrant / equity sweetener into a contract without calling another vote.

• Think blocks of warrants struck at 2 p–10 p, vesting over the next few years on top of the cash licence fee – classic partner alignment tool.

• The old 2022/23 authorities were running down and due to lapse in 2025, so todays AGM was the last procedural hurdle.

Translation: the board now has all the paper it needs to close Method A/B (or Method C) – the only thing missing is the RNS.

No .... indeed ... and i wouldnt use the London Stock Market either ... you can access up/down/neutral volume data via trading view or any other similar outfit ... you need to pick a delta volume indicator .... and it'll tell you details of buys & sells and their weighted split ...

.... now now SBP ... you are clearly trying to lead me down the 'garden path' ..... it is not for me , or you come to that, to say what anyone should use for their volume gathering requirements ... all i'm saying is that due to the nature of **LSE's set up ... their accuracy in terms of buys / sell reporting ... is indeed ... inaccurate !

**other forms of volume reporting are avaiable ! 😎 (i've always wanted to say that )

... not untrustworthy .... just not accurate in terms of buys and sells .... use a delta volume footprint indicator (anywhere than LSE !🤠).. for a more accurate breakdown of buying & selling volume ! Perrrrlllease SBP !
