Such a ridiclous scenario to propse , with so many unknown potential variables .... as a line manager or colleague , you 'know' your pple surely ... and i'd accept someone 'intention' against an ' will' .... because i'd 'know ' the pple the job is delegated to ..... because you know , the leader , the led , the context and the task ! All of those variables ...
