... seems they want the appropriate surveillance sharing boxes ticked before approval .... i'm sure it'll eventually happen...
( however it works either way , as Eddie pointed out in a previous post... and / or with SEC approved spot markets, but to their liking )... the hint is in the last sentence of the quoted response from the SEC ,,,,,,
