It states the booking for tests prior to flight will go live Thursday. So between now and then we should know who is providing these tests.

Just wait, these jabs do not unlock the global economy. How for example is Australia going to open doors and interact with world. Its only testing I believe. Could be a few months before the world sorts this out. Looks like we should hold until May and reassess then is my strategy.
